HELP 911...10.19.16...Katrina is not my nurse in the ER and she is tampering with the food at The community Hosp. Cureton (Fire dept.) sprayed me twice in route to the next hospital (Community Hospital) in Long Beach, California. Nurse Emerson gave me a injection...On 10.17.16 Boshe perfomed a bed side operation to remove the needle part of a I.V. that was broken in my skin. He pushed the broken needle deeper and claimed he couldn't take it out. The next day Dr. Chavez try'd to force another i.v. in me. Please Help. 911...Male Parole Agent Sanchez from Riverside Parole Divison is talking to nurses about my condition which is illegal in a federal facility ...PLEASE HELP I FEAR FOR MY LIFE.TODAY 10.17.16 I WAS JUST GIVEN A MRI THAT MADE ME EXTREMELY ILL. At 11:40 am IN THE VA HOSPITAL AT LONG BEACH by TERRI JEFFCOAT and SUPERVISOR NORM WAS ALSO INVOLVED. MY PAPERWORK WAS SWITCHED WITH MR. RAMIREZ TO SWITCH BODIES AT THE MORGUE.
