I love the jewelry box idea. My mom's jewelry box has been sitting in my closet for 14 years. I can't bear to part with it. Now I can give it new life as a beautiful Christmas decoration to be enjoyed by all! Thank you so much! 💜
Sherry! You are such a joy to watch!! I can tell you were a phenomenal teacher back in the day. Those candy treats were darling! I'm totally going to do the mini composition books and embellished gift bags.
Thank you, sweet friend! I was so happy to see you post a new video of gift wrapping ideas. All of them were perfection! Hope things are well with your family. Merry Christmas and many blessings to you and your family in the new year!
you've created some fun, interesting and attractive crafts here. my fave is the tray with the gift bag that has felt covered red flowers on it ... or maybe the lit up white house on the repurposed white jewelry box ... both very pretty! the reindeer noses is also a great stocking stuffer idea for all ages!
Sherrie, omg how fabulous. I love the notebooks, the pet pen, the jewellery box transformation is my favourite. Your white tray with the gift bag is stunning. Thanks again.
I have a few of those jewelry boxes. I just couldn't pass them up at the thrift store. I don't wear jewelry. I knew i could do something with them. The one you made is adorable. Now I know what I'm going to do with them. Thank you. You are so talented. I love everything you've done.
I loved the cat pillow idea too!! What a wonderful and unique idea for the abundance of pet lovers out there! However …I am a person that just loves house figurines, and I received as a gift a thrift store jewelry box with lots of little drawers and doors. It’s a wide piece instead of tall that I considered making a tea chest out of? But when I saw what you did with the mini mini trees and lights, I knew exactly what I really want to do instead! I cannot thank you enough for lending me some of your creativity, and I am so excited to get started!! 😍🥰
These ideas were fantastic! Your creativity is boundless. If I have to pick one favorite, it's the Holiday Jewelry box. I have to admit I cringed when I saw you were going to spray a Department 56 house, because I have a collection of them and know how expensive they are to buy new. (I'll definitely have to thrift a knock off to spray when I make one. 😊) But when I saw what you created with it, I fell in love. Gorgeous, and using a weathered old jewelry box to boot. Thank you for this video Sherry, and I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas!
I will never pass up an old jewelry box again (and my husband thanks you😜)!! Plus those sugared pillar candles sure do bring back memories! Thanks for the wonderful candy ideas too!
I'm all about silly gifts too. A good laugh heals the soul. I love the little crate candle. If I can stop decorating for 5 minutes I want to make one or 2. Love your black sheep sweater. Perfect for us black sheep with good hearts 💕.
Such AWESOME stocking stuffers...I will be trying the sugared candles this year...I sold these candles for school fundraisers growing up!! Love the nostalgia this brings...you are incredibly talented!
Sherrie,I don’t know how you come up with different ideas every week ,but you do! You my girl are so talented and I for one are so glad you started your channel!!! Hope your Christmas is magical and blessed! xxx
Loved all of your clever, beautiful, and creative gift ideas!! My fave was the crate holding the faux candle! I want to try that and hang them all over the place! :)
I have two favorite projects, the jewelry box / lighted house( which by the way I have everything to make ) and the little crate ornament, so sweet. You always seem to knock it out of the park with your projects!
Dear Sherry, I had such a busy day finally got a chance to turn on your video. What a treat! I love all of the DIYs! I must said I have never heard of sugared candles but they turned out so beautiful ! The White House is so stunning with all the lighting coming through. Thank you so much 💓
Those sugared candles were a popular school fund raiser in the 1970’s-you are too young to remember. I have been watching all of your videos. You are really quite talented! You just need one video to take off, so more people will discover what an artist you are! It is going to happen!
I loved everything you did! You always come up with the most original and ingenious ideas. I can't pick a favorite, but I do love the reindee noses! So fun!!!
Been loving your videos this week! You have have really helped me refocus my op shopping eyes! Yesterday I scored a glass light-bulb shaped cloche, a small white cabinet w shiplapping on the front, a small cream wrought iron art easle, a small potato sack, a wood round (for the cloche). 😁😁😁😁😁 thx for sharing your brilliant ideas.
Love your black sheep shirt, I need one of those! Loved all of your DIYs but especially the reindeer noses and Grinch pills. What a fun idea! Thanks so much for sharing! 🕯🎄🦌🎅🕯
I loved the sugared candles, the candy bags, the book covers and the jewelry box, the lighted oillow. You surely gave all of us many beautiful ideas for our Christmas goodies.
I loved all of them but my favourites were the note books and the jewellery box with the lit up house on the top. Thanks for sharing your lovely crafts with everyone.
Another great video! Loved the tic tac toe idea! And the candy bag ideas especially the Grinch one. I will make multiples to hand out in my family! Look forward to Tuesdays and hearing your sweet "Let's get started" brightens my whole day! Thank you Sherry for such fun videos and all your great creative ideas! You are just such a pleasure.
Yay!!! It's Tuesday and time for another Canterbury Cottage video!! I love your channel Sherry as well as all your ideas... thank you for all your hard work 💜
Hi Sherry, the scented little pillows and the TA TE TI (as we call it in spanish), were my favorite ones. I have 2 nephews and a niece. They will love those little bags! And the ziploc containers with candies, of course! Thanks so much for your great ideas!! 🥰🥰
These all came out so nice! The notebooks are my favorite, but the sugared candles are right up there too. The light up pillow is just so adorable! Your fabric choices brought back such sweet memories of my granny, I miss her like crazy. Thank you for sharing with us!! Be blessed!!
The candles were my favorite. They brought back a memory of my mother making candles for the Christmas faire at our school. Everyone sold out, and she had to go home and make one for herself! Her candles were so beautiful. I think I'll make some for the next holiday season! Thank You, for the memories!
Oh my goodness!!! Just loved them all. The tin was transformed beautifully and the prints on the fabric sachets....but Sherry, when I seen the lighted pillow my little heart leaped. I cut out several Christmas trees and where the lights were, I lined my lights. I did another to match and they turned out great! Thank you for that wonderful idea 💡. I will never look at pillows the same and will make my own to my own liking 🤗
That adorable little jewelry box would be a perfect night light in a little girls room! So precious!!! Sherry, you are simply a gift to us all❣ Merry Christmas 🎄❄⭐🎁🎅🤶
Wow! You NEVER disappoint. Now I want to make some of these for myself. Is that greedy of me? I can’t help it. I always get so excited after watching your videos. I absolutely LOVE the amazing and beautiful things you create. Thank you so much for sharing them with us!
The jewelry box came out very nice. I’d like to see it with a fairy theme for little girls. Thank you for all the work you go do to bring us these ideas. 👍💕
I’m rewatching your Autumn and Christmas videos from the previous year and I love these older videos as much as the first time I saw them! Thank you again, Sherry! A Happy Autumn, Thanksgiving and Christmas to you♥️.
I loved the little books!!! The kids will have a wonderful time making those for our little tree in the class room. What a wonderful way to promote reading and a cute gift ornament to take home.
I love all of your wonderful ideas!! I especially, like the pet Christmas gifts! My daughter and I would love a cat pen featuring my grand kitten, Eleanor. I also, got a kick out of the grinch pills. I think we could all use a few of those as the holidays can sometimes get a little stressful. But, I think the reindeer noses are my favorite with one Rudolph nose in the pack. It brought me back to my own childhood memories. I still love that movie! Thank you for sharing your time and creativity!! You brought a smile to my face and hope in my heart! Merry Christmas!
Oh Sherry, loved the votive crate! The reindeer noses and grinch candy fantastic! So many good ideas. So Sherry you have a Merry, Merry Christmas and a Fabulous New Year. I’m ready…❤️🎄
My goodness Sherry you’ve done it again! Beautiful unique ideas! I love the jewelry box house and the planter tin. But really how can I not love everything!! ❤️🥰💚
As always, your creations are gorgeous! For many of the decoupaging crafts, like with the sugar frosted pillar candles, I use gift wrap paper. I made many of these candles as gifts many Christmases ago, but with empty pillars where I included tea lights and long metal match clips to reach to the bottom of the pillar. Nowadays, there are all sorts of flameless candles that can be used as well.
Thank you, Ms. Sunshine! I gave the candy gifts to my niece and nephew when they visited this past weekend. My niece said, “You can sure tell which one is Rudolph’s nose.” 🥰
Good Morning.Have a wonderful holidays. Thanks for all your awesome videos all year .We just celebrated 🍾 our Hanukkah 🕎 feasts a few days ago.I used your ideas to make some of my Hanukkah decors and gifts.Shalom.Shalom
I really enjoyed the jewelry box with the Christmas house on top!! And I had a thought on the TicTacToe bags; Glue Velcro dots on the playing pieces and on the bag so that they stay and don’t get lost as easily 😊I have lots of grandchildren and I know that could be very helpful. You have lots of fun and simple projects !!
Just beautiful, Sherri. I’ve never seen those sugar candles, they have a lovely atmosphere to them. But it was that tiny crate votive that caught my eye. So simple. I liked the idea of adding fabric to the gift bag, I will surely do that. I got a nice three kings bag and it would look so special with some velvet/lush accents. I’m not done with my shopping but my husband is so generous he thinks we’re not done until the very day. I know it’s the time together, laughs and food that matter most as my big birdies fly the nest. Anyway, thanks as always for your wonderful work!💕
Thank you, Stephanie! I guess I am like your husband. I keep thinking of things that people might like. Although in past years when I shopped more in stores (and less online), I bought even more because I would see things that I hadn’t thought of! Merry Christmas!
@@CanterburyCottage σε παρακαλώ απάντησε μου! Βρες λίγο χρόνο ! Να μου πεις για τα κεριά Ζαχαρης έβαλες κόλλα -ζαχαρη- και μετά πάλι κόλλα; Εξήγησε μου η ζάχαρη δε λιώνει;
Love them all but my favorite was the sugar candles. I remember my teen years at home with them all over our house. It brought back so many memories. We also had Christmas ornaments made with the sugar on them. Thank You!!! 💖
Loved them all but if I had to choose I’d pick the frosted glass. When you showed those images it brought back a flood of memories of my ma. We had several of those candles in our home. So easy to make and I have everything needed to make one! I just need to pick image! Thanks for sharing all your amazing gift ideas!
Love the reindeer noses!! And the mini books, especially the Little Women one!! Love the candle rolled in sugar idea!! Definitely going to try that. Thanks for sharing.
Great job, again, Sherry. My favorite idea was the pillow, with the lights. I would have never thought of doing that. I have never seen a pillow with lights, before, but what a great idea. Anyway, everything was awesome, as usual. You never disappoint. It was nice of IOD to send you those transfers. You are the first person, I have heard of, that they have sent something to. Maybe they do, in the furniture world, but I haven't heard of them doing that, in that community, either. They must be watching how fast your channel is growing, and seeing what beautiful, and unique, ideas, you are coming up with. They have beautiful things, in their shop, I really want some of their paint inlays, those were such a great idea. Oh, and when I saw you folding your baggie, it made me think of a video, that I watched, in the past, of a woman, who made her baggie smaller, but I can't remember how she did it, exactly, I want to say she did it with a hot knife. I have even done it, in the past, when I packed my daughter's lunches, but I still can't remember how she did it (the sad thing is, my daughter just graduated, in 2020). 🤦😂 Anyway, I just thought I would let you know, if you needed to shrink a baggie, there are videos, out there, that show how to do it, easily. The reindeer noses were adorable.
Sherry, I laughed so hard when you casually interjected: "If you have a pan of sugar lying around.. " for the project following the sugared candles. Very clever and funny! Loved all of these projects. I don't have a printer so I need to get one as so many of your projects require one. Thank you very much for these wonderful ideas. It's difficult to choose a favourite but I loved the kitty projects, the lighted pillow and the reindeer candies in which you so thoughtfully included Rudolph's sweet nose! I also love the little green crate with the candle and I'm definitely going to make one. 'Wishing you and your loved ones a very warm and wonderful Holiday Season! Thank you for everything!!🎄🎄🎄🎄❤❤❤❤☃️☃️☃️☃️🎄🎄🎄
Jennifer, thank you for all of these lovely words! 🥰 Yes, you must get a printer. I can live without a Cricut machine, but I have to have my printer. I use an inkjet printer, so you don’t need anything expensive. Merry Christmas and blessings to you and your family, too!
Thank you! My brother’s family came for Christmas this past weekend. I gave the jewelry box to my niece. In person, it was so pretty lit up, and I think she really liked it.
I loved your pillow, tic tac toe bag. What great ideas. Actually that sugar candle brought back memories of a school money maker, so cute. Tin is awesome too. My goodness your like an Eveready battery, your ideas never stop and always over the top. Always look forward to Tuesday.😍 Rains deer noses and Grinch candy is genius.
Thank you, Terri! I had forgotten about those candles, but when I Googled them, memories came rushing back! Nearly every home in the ‘70’s had at least one of those candles!
I remember selling those candles before Christmas when I was in 6th or 7th grade!! Oh I loved seeing that and the memories! I am currently searching for old vintage ornaments.. especially the little elves made of pine cones trimmed with pipe cleaners etc. Does anyone recall seeing those? Love your ideas !! Look forward to every Tuesday!!
Thank you, Ronda! I had forgotten about those sugar frosted candles, too, but they certainly brought back memories. I think you will have to make the pine cone elves-I have not seen them for years.
Awesome ideas Sherrie, I loved them all. If I’m going to pick one I believe I would pick the tic-tac-toe bag game , probably because think it would be great my grandkids. TYFS all your ideas are simply fabulous.
Loving the sweater today. I'm the black sheep, I need one like that. 🤭 I have lots of favorites in this one. I will do the Grinch pills and reindeer noses for sure!
Love all these ideas. I had totally forgotten about the candles from the 70's. You did them and they are great. You had your creative gene running overtime this week. Again I can't pick a favorite.
You are a genius! I love the House/Jewelry Box transformation! The sugared candle holders (w/o topcoat) are beautiful. OMG the Light Pillow is fabulous….the mini planter!
Thank you for All the inspiration! I am going to make the sugared candles for sure! I do remember them in my childhood! You are blessed with true talent of creativity and the ability to clearly teach a room!! Merry Christmas Sherrie!
Thank you so much for those kind words, Trudy! I had forgotten about those candles until a viewer mentioned them, but I think they were in every home in the 1970’s!
Beautiful ideas! Thank you!! And so happy I can watch your videos again without the shaking camera attached to the table... Huge upgrade and as a true fan, I am truly grateful!!!!
Merry Christmas, Sherrie! You are the original upon which other crafters seem to model themselves, but no one comes close. The tic-tac-toe in a bag is adorable, and all the ideas you came up with for the markers are genius!
I love the jewelry box idea. My mom's jewelry box has been sitting in my closet for 14 years. I can't bear to part with it. Now I can give it new life as a beautiful Christmas decoration to be enjoyed by all! Thank you so much! 💜

Reindeer noses and grinch pills are amazing. How cute for all ages. Thank you for sharing.
The lighted house on top of the jewelry box is my favorite 🤩
The jewelry box would be great as a Christmas card station. Stamps, pens, cards, address book. Put the drawers to good use. Keep organized!
The Grinch Pills and especially the Reindeer Noses. How cute with the one red! Brilliant!
Thank you, Sylvia!
you've created some fun, interesting and attractive crafts here. my fave is the tray with the gift bag that has felt covered red flowers on it ... or maybe the lit up white house on the repurposed white jewelry box ... both very pretty! the reindeer noses is also a great stocking stuffer idea for all ages!
Sherrie, omg how fabulous. I love the notebooks, the pet pen, the jewellery box transformation is my favourite. Your white tray with the gift bag is stunning. Thanks again.
Thank you, Tracey! I’m so glad you liked these gift ideas!
When you have 15 great projects, it is impossible to choose only one. Your ideas are the best. Love your sweater , with the little black sheep.
I have a few of those jewelry boxes. I just couldn't pass them up at the thrift store. I don't wear jewelry. I knew i could do something with them. The one you made is adorable. Now I know what I'm going to do with them. Thank you. You are so talented. I love everything you've done.

I loved the votive crate and the reindeer noses. Both would be so much fun to make...and give! Thanks for sharing.

That is a great idea, Edith! I wish I had thought of that!🥰
Awesome projects Sherry! Love your imagination ❤️. Have a wonderful Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
Love them Sherrie! Try epsom salts on the candles next time. You can crush the salts to size! xoxo
Another video with great ideas! Love the notebooks, light up pillow, the crate, and the candy bags. Happy holidays!

Ive never seen anything like the light up pillow. Genius!! Charming and unexpected.
Sherry you are amazing! I love watching your videos. I often wish you'd produce more than one a week. 😆🤣 Your style is wonderful! Merry Christmas! 🎄
When I watch your videos, I have an ongoing dialogue with you in my head. I say a lot of, "What a good idea!" and "That was smart!" and "How cute!!"
Use the printer at your library.
Jewelry box house sooo awesome Shari ! My favorite
Loved the Sachet, and the bags of candies ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome ideas Sherrie, I loved them all. If I’m going to pick one I believe I would pick the tic-tac-toe bag game
, probably because think it would be great my grandkids. TYFS all your ideas are simply fabulous.
Loving the sweater today. I'm the black sheep, I need one like that. 🤭 I have lots of favorites in this one. I will do the Grinch pills and reindeer noses for sure!
Good morning, Kimberly! My husband bought me that sweater for Christmas last year. 🥰

Me too, I love this jumper 🇮🇪
Love all these ideas. I had totally forgotten about the candles from the 70's. You did them and they are great. You had your creative gene running overtime this week. Again I can't pick a favorite.
I love the Grinch bags and raindeer noses. My grandkids will love those
You are a genius! I love the House/Jewelry Box transformation! The sugared candle holders (w/o topcoat) are beautiful. OMG the Light Pillow is fabulous….the mini planter!
Actually, I LOVE the reindeer and grinch candy bags...such a cute and unusual gift...a little sumpin sumpin for anyone.
All your ideas are great!!!!❤❤
Wow!! The candles just blew me away...they look just like the old ones!! My favorite after candles were the cat items
The jewelry box was my favorite! I love the candy bags too! They would be a fun treat for kids classmates!
I think the bagged candies were the cutiest but my favorite was the jewelry box.
Love the candy ideas!! Wishing my kids were little again to hand them out to their friends!! Will have to remember when I have grandchildren!
The jewelry box makeover is fabulous! I will be on the lookout for things to create it for myself.
Beautiful ideas! Thank you!! And so happy I can watch your videos again without the shaking camera attached to the table... Huge upgrade and as a true fan, I am truly grateful!!!!
Oh, I am so glad! I found a small camera stand that I attached to the ceiling over my craft table. 😊
Such cute ideas! Thanks again for all your efforts. I think I loved the decorated jewelry box the most ❤️
Merry Christmas, Sherrie! You are the original upon which other crafters seem to model themselves, but no one comes close. The tic-tac-toe in a bag is adorable, and all the ideas you came up with for the markers are genius!
Thank you, Gina! You are so very sweet! Thank you so much for those kind words.
My gosh the light up pillow was darling
I think my favourite is the tic tac toe bags. Cute idea for my grandlittles.
