Beautiful home man...love what you’ve done with the place, it’s old and modern all at the same time. Some new houses feel too sterile and you’re scared to ‘live’ but this has the perfect mix of homely and modern. Well done

Very cool home !! A nice mixture of old farm style and modern comfort 👌
I'm also looking into modern bachelor units that are about 70 % solar powered to substitute bond repayments on my next home purchase !
Still doing my homework on what the maximum amount of units you can build without having to go business property !

How did you change the TV room brick?

It is a white wash. Paint inbetween bricks and then dab a 1/3 paint 2/3 water solution onto the raw bricks.
