    I love the deal breakdown. No one has done it in as good detail. I suspect SARS will want capital gains tax next year for the current tax cycle. How much u think it will be?

      We decide based on a feeling of the property and/or sellers. If we feel there is too much risk, we obviously wait for registration but a lot of times it makes sense for ourselves as well as the sellers to occupy early.

      Carry costs is n paar maande se paaiemente? So R40 000 - R70 000 in totaal? So dis nie so rof nie?

    What is the average cost of adding a bathroom with a tub, basin and loo?

      Brand new additions as in new walls, floor and roof would add additional cost, but as for renovating an old bathroom we estimate the cost at around R40 000.00

      True, ideal is to run 3 or 4 of these projects at the same time.
