Moyes wouldn't have been a magnet? you must be joking, who wouldn't want to play for the amazing David Moyes? The best manager in the league since Sir Alex Ferguson retired at United in 2013 (yes, I might be joking here)

Exactly Steve, it's still a sport after all and there is no big secret to success - it's all about having a great group of players under a tactically aware and astute manager, preferably one who doesn't see any other team as an inevitable defeat but more like a challenge. A great group of players means talent, team ethic, harmony, awareness of each other and proper use of a squad not just 11 players. Very optimistic following this transfer window, however we must accept the team gelling may take somewhat longer than two weeks. The quality is there, but the need to work as a team and not brilliant individuals, and that takes time, much like Man. City. The promise is never the less there.
Yeah of course, it will take longer for them to totally gel and peak, but I expect us to not just be turning up and using the excuse that it's a new team. I would expect us to begin by grinding out a few draws.
In the past opposing fans are chalking up 3 points West Ham are turning up and we had a few heavy losses . I’m looking forward to that changing and our fantastic away fans travelling the country. Having a fantastic day out for a change . They deserve a decent team
With these new players and the possibility of those others coming as well as a few of the development team… I think we are going to see a big change in the use of subs during more of our games….. over and above the likelihood of greater rotation … ⚒
To be fair we’ve made some excellent signings best window ever. The real work is getting a group of good players playing sharp effective attractive football and as a team ? That’s down to loppy good luck it just has to work.
Loving the style of your videos Gary keep the faith m8. What do we do now for the rest of the transfer season, usually we are on a knife edge until the window closes. Good luck to the youngsters going out on loan knowing its for them to learn about the game in the real world. COYI
I'm not expecting miracles, wd have some great players but they won't all gel immediately, , tbh I'd be happy with a point against villa, they're a decent team and did well last season, even selling one of their best players recently they will be more prepared than we are . We could've done with another week and an extra friendly for those who haven't played with the others especially Todibo with killman, hopefully Lopetegui will see enough in training to start them together against villa. I'm looking forward to the season but I know I'll take a few games for everything to come together, especially the defence, I'll be happier if the wan bisaka deal gets sorted He's vital for our defence imo . A defender who can defend .. #COYI

Huge pressure on Tobido and AWB to hit the ground running,we really need them!
I'm sure Todibo will handle the pressure at West Ham much better than, for instance, being thrown in at ManU
@@GaryKillington yeah I agree,I think he will and despite his age will quickly become a leader at the back
Great content again gary
Thank you Garry
Not this year mate, time we got some of that self respect back
I feel like I'm dreaming, these signings are pure intent to push us on from dithering Dave
They really are
With these new players and the possibility of those others coming as well as a few of the development team… I think we are going to see a big change in the use of subs during more of our games….. over and above the likelihood of greater rotation … ⚒
Yes, you mean we might use some Pete 🙂
To be fair we’ve made some excellent signings best window ever.
The real work is getting a group of good players playing sharp effective attractive football and as a team ? That’s down to loppy good luck it just has to work.
Yes it is and I'm sure he's progressing with that Phil. He won't wanna have a slow start, this is not his first rodeo.
Loving the style of your videos Gary keep the faith m8. What do we do now for the rest of the transfer season, usually we are on a knife edge until the window closes. This puts out a huge statement to the other teams on what we will be about this season. What are those people that said we were wrong to get rid of Moyes saying now!! Good luck to the youngsters going out on loan knowing its for them to learn about the game in the real world. COYI
Correct Dave this has been a huge statement of intent from the club. To think Spurs signed Solanke for £65m, no thanks
Top job, as ever, Gary. No bumpf, just quality insight ⚒️👏👏
Thanks David, glad you're enjoying the updates.
I'm looking forward to the season but I know I'll take a few games for everything to come together, especially the defence, I'll be happier if the wan bisaka deal gets sorted
He's vital for our defence imo .
A defender who can defend .. #COYI
Yes I totally agree, and a draw against Villa would be an amazing result tbh
I was really struggling to think what's happened at our club to make these signings possible, I couldn't suss it, what is it? What is it? Why all this real progress? And then it dawned on me - Moyes was sacked. COYFI's. Great channel Gaz, more power to you old son.
thanks Ipdex, appreciate it
Stietden needs a song/chant.
Rhymes with buy'n, hiding, hieghten, fight'n, biting, flying, titan etc.
Perfect length of video mate. TH-cam rewards fully watched 20 minute videos over 50 minutes of an hour long video.
Cheers Vic, good to know.
Top summary Gary we are heading towards something special here and without the added pressure of europe shit could get biblical
Yeah I know mate, it is feeling ridiculously positive
⚒️ On the up ⚒️
We are Chris
You never liked me on C&B, but I’ve just subscribed anyway. Keep up the good work mate.
I’ll like you over here 😂
Get him a statue . COYI
Damn right
Massiver..massiver..massivist.👍🔥
Well massive innit
Let’s hope they can bed in quickly. It’s not a given that we will be competing for Europe. On paper we should.
Anyway very exciting
Yeah I think they will gel quicker than expected simply because of the quality of individual we've signed.
Afternoon Gal looking forward to the new season would love to go but vowed not to go as long as sully is at our club mate COYI
I get it Greenbadge, plenty of people taking the same stance as you. Personally I've never liked our owners so I just go to football because I've always done it.
@@GaryKillington it’s hard for me Gal I want to go so bad but not put a foot in there since the day he took over maybe u could ask your channel if I should go or not mate
@@Greenbadge Yeah I know mate and honestly, it's a personal choice. You've served your time going regularly, you should get yourself to a few away games though. Tbh the view from the Bobby Moore Lower is actually not bad at all, about 10m further back than my old seats in the old Bobby Moore Lower. The size of the stadium really don't matter from down there, you just look at the big green thing in front of you 🤣
Hi Gary were all buzzing here in cape town south africa.2 weeks ago we were not happy but if your not smiling in the last week C.O.Y.I
I know Trevor, it’s been 2 weeks of pure happiness
Wait until we lose at home to villa next Saturday. Tim is a godsend, but we can beat anyone but also we can lose to everyone as well
Yeah course we can. Tbh I don't expect much for a few weeks.
