I was there Monday and had the opportunity to watch some of things I believed was happening to players coached under Lopetegui, and something you said resonated with myself and Summerville’s performance. I’ve previously said both Bowen and Kudus had their attacking flair coached out of them with his pass and move tactics, when did we see Kudus run and take on defenders, Bowen making a beeline for goal, both now look up to pass, albeit Bowen taking the captain’s mantle now and having a goal, previous games wasn’t the case. Now Summerville looking up, it’s tactics repeating themselves.
I agree Bill, it's like they are not empowered to take on the responsibility to just cause damage using their own talents and initiative. Like you say it's like they've had their talent culled.
It’s my belief that covid saved sullivan, at the time the protests were gathering momentum, the media were watching and pressure was mounting, then covid struck. Moyes did well and by the time we went back the Bad feeling towards the board had been diluted. However, The ‘run like a circus’ graphic with the circus tent, that did the rounds during the protests is still as relevant today as it was then, nothing has changed. The way the is run is embarrassing. Has the fan base got the stomach to go again? Who’s knows? But should hammers united decide to go again, count me in ⚒
I agree Paul, but it needs to come back. I'm not talking about a march, I'm talking about making sure we make our feelings known inside the stadium. We must stop targeting the wrong person. Also I firmly believe he won't be here much longer, so we need to help hurry up the situation.
Sullivan looks at the table nine points above drop zone, he's happy as 17th or above is the aim. Doesn't want to pay off Loppy unless we're in the bottom three and looking dodgy. We want success as fans , for him it's £££. Poor match against Wolves, two good goals, lucky with pens. The Newcastle game is the only time we've looked a proper team, fast passing football, one off. Bit of reggae music maybe a Caribbean touch for Antonio. COYI
Thanks Gary. Glad you are feeling better. Love the music. The ending one has a Bob Marley vibe. A bit like Green Street in the '70's. Miss Upton Park. Since Bowen has been Captain has anyone noticed him working to pass off in clear shooting situations. I love he is trying to get his mates scores on the ball, but he is passing up clear shooting situations for him. His ability to change the game is what helps others score and I feel he needs to be shooting a bit more.

Hi Gary, I’ve been watching your channel since you started it and watched you on Clara and booze. I do agree with most of what you said but I think we made Newcastle look bad. I thought we played quite well in that game.
My review of the game was very very upbeat, Mark. But in retrospect it was another team in bad form who didn't take advantage of us. They are only 2 points ahead of us I think. We have not struggled against any of the average-to-poor sides except Leicester, which is why he's still here.
I think the same about Kudus and Summerville, they seem less aggressive and less 'arrogant' with the ball but I think that might be the Lopetegui effect. Hasn't he been all about team-players vs ego bla bla bla - I think this might be the flipside. Players are not going for the goal because they are afraid of being hooked at the break for being too selfish.

The outro music is so good, absolutely delighted with it. Sullivan is just doing his usual and gaslighting the fans while hoping he'll be proven right if he leaves it long enough. Remember how long he gave Moyes and had to wait until the ball went in off someone's arse at Fulham? He's doing the same again now.

And he *WILL* go, it's just a matter of when. He ain't trusting his investment to his two babies, they'll drive it into the ground. So the only way out for him is to get a good price and that's what he'll get from Kretinsky, maybe not as much as he wants but it'll be the best offer available. He will just go and buy Birmingham or Cardiff and give that to his kids to ruin instead. He just wants to retain his involvement in football, preferably in the Prem.
Sullivan cannot be forced out while he has the backing of the Gold family shares even if they sell the 10% that are reportedly for sale. By my reckoning 13.8% of the Gold shares could be sold and the Sullivan plus Gold holding would still be 50.1% thus keeping control. So maybe that's why nobody has bought them.
He can't be forced but he can be pushed into a corner where he knows it's the best offer he'll ever get. Don't forget he is 75, time ain't on his side. Things are afoot.

Love the new look Gary and glad you’re on the mend. I’m with you on the future of this club. Kretinsky is a shrewd operator and must know that we’re a sleeping giant otherwise why did he initially invest? Like you I remember the shite that went down with Terry Brown. We were seemingly forever unhappy because of him but eventually things changed. Sully isn’t getting any younger and will cash in sooner rather than later I reckon. COYI✊🏼⚒🦘
Question let say sullivan was against loppy and this was steident pick to replace moyes and the same thing was happening do you think sully would be dithering to sack him or do you think he woild be gone
No he'd be gone already and Sullivan would've been openly blaming Tim for hiring a dud. But everyone knows it was a Sulli hire and that's why he's determined for him to get every last chance.
Great new intro, I feel you pain about falling asleep I stayed up until 4am to watch that rubbish against factual the worse team in the premiership, Summerville is still learning and will be outstanding given the opportunity with a quality manager, Sullivan and Brady are toxic scum and need to get out of our club.
@@daniellastuart3145your reply suggests that you think Sullivan is not the problem and a good club owner. That is a position you can take. However, you have to support it with evidence. Give it a rest is not evidence, not is it an effective way to refute a counter-argument.
Serious question. Not wishing to have a row but do you honestly feel replacing Lopetegui would see any improvement? The list of potential replacements, the realistic ones only I mean, is less than inspiring and I can’t see any “new manager bounce” happening under any of the likely candidates.
Well I absolutely do, yes. He is NOT making the most of the resources at his disposal, his system will get found out by any half-decent team and a zillion other reasons, like he keeps falling out with players over playing them out of position, his communication is awful, he doesn’t speak with the youth team players just like Moyes, he has no ability to change the game tactically. He is just another single-channel dinosaur and I want a modern manager. Whether we’d get one with Sullivan is another story.
@@GaryKillington Another story indeed Gary. Which is why I put that little condition in my question. Sullivan’s record of managerial appointments, both here and at Birmingham, tells it’s own story.
Who takes responsibility for the millions we have wasted and lost on player transfers in the last 5 years....its absolutely shocking and with all the money spent I expect to be in a better position ......look at what the likes of Brighton and Brentford have done with less resources? Something is badly wrong and Sullivan keeps making bad decisions which go against the majority of the fan base
Disagree that we were lucky tbh. Yes, we were shit, no arguments there, but to counter the non penalty awards it could be argued thar Matt Doherty, Wolves scorer, was lucky to remain on the pitch after a couple of naughty tackles in the first half before he eventually got booked. And the Emerson foul was clearly outside the area although I have to agree the one by Mavrapanos comes into the “I’ve seen them given” category.
1.5 pens and missed an absolute sitter first half. I still think we were lucky bearing in mind how poor they were. Even our first goal shouldn’t have been a corner. We got the rub of the green imo, but all about opinions
@@GaryKillington Can’t really disagree but I still reckon we were the better side. Or perhaps that should say the least worse one. But certainly a very low bar.
i think you have the shot ratio wrong mate. shots off target are over the bar or wide. shots on target are exactly that. if an attacker shoots and its blocker by a defender is not counted as a chance.
@@GaryKillington yes gary but you seem to think that if a defender makes a block that counts as a shot either on target or off.. a block shot doesn't count as a a shot on or off target. know what i mean gary🙄
if you're taking about statistics a shot off target doesn't mean a block. so if there is 10 shots off target its either over the bar or round the posts, not a block as you said...Just saying mate 😂
@@johnashe4792I don’t mean a shot that is blocked as it is hit, I meant a player takes a shot, the ball is heading in the general direction of goal and an opposition player gets his body in the way.
Loving the intro and the outro Gary, your efforts are paying dividends mate. Sullivan has plotted our season knowing we will get 40 points with Loppy in charge, till the season ends. This will be done on a 3 game by 3 game reset.Sully knows where the two defeats followed by a win lies, and he keeps his money in his pocket ref no compensation pay our and securing Prem money for next season.I think Sullivan is banking on Loppys old man getting more ill,and allowing him to stand down and go and care him, with a nominal leaving fee. That doesn’t happen in the Summer ,Loppy takes preseason and we have cut copy and paste for season 2,probably 40 points and survival, but no Europe no contract extension for Loppy and no payout of compensation, then he will go and get us another uninspiring dud.
We won Monday night at got three points. Pick the game apart as you wish . As we have no Loppy replacement ready and nobody at the club capable of doing the job then what do you suggest? Sullivan is the owner as is highly unlikely to be going anywhere. Potter??? I enjoyed Monday had a laugh met west Ham legend Georgie takes no shit Parris on the DLR . A lot has to change. There are plenty of people that have been mentioned re sacking Loppy so don’t think there aren’t names in the hat. Glad you’re on the mend Gary. Great video, the intro and the festive background are very cheery. I agree entirely that it was a good result but a bad performance. We are 9 points above 18th so I very much doubt that there will be head coach changes anytime soon. Of course we could very swiftly drop like a stone but if we limp on with the odd win…… I can see Lopetegui staying for the rest of the season. I hope I’m wrong.

Whilst I agree with the premise, everyone lives to their means and he recently got divorced which was likely not cheap. Plenty of famous ex-pros have ended up bankrupt
The First HALF Lacked Punch We Sorely Missed Micky That Game Had His Name All Over It Second Half Tommy Soucek And Jarrod Bowen Saved The Day Even Though Wolves Should Have Had A Penalty The Match Should Have Finished 2-2 Bournemouth Next Monday If We Play Like That Bournemouth Will Crave Us Up. Sullivan Has To Go Like The Chant David Sullivan Get Out Of Our Club X 3 And At The End And Take That Brady With You.
He will go at some point sooner rather than later, of that I'm quite certain.
What if Sullivan's intentions are for his son to inherit? I reckon a dynasty would be right up his street with everything we have seen.
Not gonna happen, he knows he cannot trust his wealth to them while he is still around, he is incapable of taking a back seat.
@@GaryKillingtonKretinsky needs the Gold's shares, pronto.
just wide boyssssssss
This has worried me also, if I rightly remember he had his son head coach of the women's team!!!
COYI✊🏼⚒🦘
I totally agree, no way he is letting his kids play with his fortune, West Ham is probably a third or a half of his net worth.
As I said elsewhere - Sullysacky
Good to hear, we need a change of mindset sharpish
Great new intro, I feel you pain about falling asleep I stayed up until 4am to watch that rubbish against factual the worse team in the premiership, Summerville is still learning and will be outstanding given the opportunity with a quality manager, Sullivan and Brady are toxic scum and need to get out of our club.
I agree Dermot, and I hope you're not related to Dave 🙂
I think "Mystic Gaz" has a better ring to it.
Next time 😂
Get rid of Sullivan. Then, the club can realise its potential.
I think it'll be over in a flash, once he gets what he sees as value for his shares he'll be off...likely to buy Birmingham for his kids.
then go and find someone to buy Sullivan out. if can't then give it a rest Sullivan not going anywhere
@@daniellastuart3145your reply suggests that you think Sullivan is not the problem and a good club owner. That is a position you can take. However, you have to support it with evidence. Give it a rest is not evidence, not is it an effective way to refute a counter-argument.
Cheers Gary!
Thanks mate
Experts at wasting money, Carl and very experienced in over-paying for players.
I think if we get hammered by Barmouth he will be gone Gary 🤷♂️
I would love to agree with you Anton, I just don't think that will be enough for Sullivan
I know what a shot on target is, John, it’s one that is, er, on target. Off target is not 😂
@@GaryKillington yes gary but you seem to think that if a defender makes a block that counts as a shot either on target or off..
a block shot doesn't count as a a shot on or off target. know what i mean gary🙄
if you're taking about statistics
a shot off target doesn't mean a block. so if there is 10 shots off target its either over the bar or round the posts, not a block as you said...Just saying mate 😂
@@johnashe4792I don’t mean a shot that is blocked as it is hit, I meant a player takes a shot, the ball is heading in the general direction of goal and an opposition player gets his body in the way.
@@GaryKillingtonyeah but that’s not counted as a shot..
I don't even think were safe, and what sort of owner depends on other teams to be worse than you 😮
not yet of course but I think in this instance we are actually too good to go down and pull out the wins when needed
please it Newcastle fans and the Media linking us with Callum Wilson we not got any interest in him it lazy journalism
Bound to happen though Daniella, it's what Sullivan does
Loving the intro and the outro Gary, your efforts are paying dividends mate.
Thanks Andy, appreciate it. I agree, he knows we aren't in danger so will continue to string us along and do nothing, same as he did twice with Moyes.
@ sad but true mate, this could play out like the Moyes saga did. That said I’m loving your channel and content, they are the highlights in my week ⚒👍🏻
One man......Jesus Christ.
Not sure what the comment is about, but I hit like anyway.
@GaryKillington, only Jesus can save West Ham, but he'd probably struggle with that setup
Sullivan sell up your the problem. If you think anything of West Ham United go now.
He doesn’t, he thinks of himself as
We won Monday night at got three points.
Please don't become another Buzz Killington one's enough!!!
@@harry2bells I’m not sure where, in that entire video, you saw Gary being a buzz kill. If you were ‘buzzing’ after beating Wolves then congrats but a lot of fans are now completely apathetic. Apart from Bowen, Soucek and Summerville there was no fight in that team, the game was not ‘good’ we look like a team that has had enough. Believe that that win was for Antonio nothing else. A lot has to change. There are plenty of people that have been mentioned re sacking Loppy so don’t think there aren’t names in the hat. Regards anyone from the other channel, they do not get mentioned here. Thanks
@@clairevenden5617 I said I enjoyed my evening not that I was buzzing.
The whole podcast is downcast no?
Antonio should spend some of his millions on some advance driving lessons and has track record regarding his driving. Smashing up a Lamborghini dressed as a snowman as I recall. I wish him no I'll feeling but saying the win was for him is your opinion and nothing else.
Maybe you should do a go fund me to replace his Ferrari if you feel so sorry for him.
It's only a game cup cake.
@ The win is my opinion that’s why Soucek and Bowen both dedicated their goals to him 🙄 if you thought the whole show was downcast because Gary wasn’t screaming and shouting then I suggest you look elsewhere because this channel isn’t like that. Giving the truth in a calm considered approach is not downcast it’s factual and controlled.
By the way, I’m not anyone’s cupcake just for future reference
You even give yourself a highlighted reply.
Your my cupcake .
You take football to seriously and Antonio drives like he plays.
They dedicated the win to him?
Be your age.
Bye.
I dont think we should spend any money in jan whats the point
Because we don't have a functional striker? Goals are pretty important.
@GaryKillington Gary we Can loan one we won't go down so I don't think we should spend anything leave all funds for the next manager
