I don’t always watch Yellowstone, but when I do, I binge watch all four seasons over and over again. Now, it’ll be five I have to watch.
I only got really interested in YELLOWSTONE until this summer when Kevin Costner was interviewed at the Calgary Stampede.
What he said and how he honoured real working cowboys and saving this great land, I knew as soon as the season started up I'd better Start watching.
You see I was raised in a huge cattle ranch in Southern Alberta, then worked as the hired hand for the Heavers mixed ranching/farming with thoroughbred race horses near the river, by DeWinton Alberta.
So I respect this fight to keep this wild land from being destroyed forever by development.
The Heavers Ranch I worked at, is now a subdivision.
Their second generation ranch is gone, with only a roadway acknowledging that a privately owned ranch was once underneath all this infrastructure!
That all herd animals and horses, plus the wildlife that inhabited the area is gone now!
Anyway, I've been watching everything that has been posted by this YELLOWSTONE channel and a few others.
Few almost caught up.
Its It's such a deeply moving and truly meaningful series.
I'm totally addicted now Too.
It really is making me homesick!

@@ktmac7610 Yeah that's the problem we are ruining the grasslands and wildlife habitats the thing that made North America great.
Unfortunately if we don't stop the influx of new inhabitants to North America we will see it become over CROWDED and lose the ability to have large self sufficient ranches, wilderness with wildlife or any of this magnificent ranch lands!
It will be like Europe.
We the people who live and work the lands need to be the ones at these Global climate talks & WEF, not just our Elected officials, and leaders of companies.
They aren't thinking about the actual people owning, running and working these lands.
They are makes back room deals for their own agendas.
They are starting to push eating crickets over beef as an alternative protien.
Our Prime Minister Trudeau has been pouring government money into these bug farmers, over our real cattle ranchers and dairy farmers.
Anyway, KT Mac, keep your property and work it as long as you can, eh!
Get involved with or create a group to get involved with this Global meeting's our Idiot Elected officials go to that have been making this long term plans to phase out farming and ranching because they need housing and supposedly we are creating more Carbon emissions and contributing to the Greenhouse effect.
Well answer me then why are they letting Jeff Bezos take 8 minute joyrides for his uber rich friend's then?
Or now zoom has proved these leaders don't need to be flying around the World for meeting's when they can do it all from home base?

Sorry I'm only really grasping what's been going on since February this year when the Truckers Convoy exploded up here and tons of folk's sharing what they new. So I'm trying to get regular ranchers and farmers to wake up.
Then I saw my first episodes of YELLOWSTONE last Sunday and have watched everything I could get a hold of every since.
Because yes this is a REAL problem and thank heavens this Taylor is writing about and exposing the World to this very very real threat to our way of life and these pristine landscapes!
You can't undo infrastructure and put back the inhabitants or their habitats once you ruin it it's gone.
Save our wilderness, wildlife, ranches and farm's.

The attacks on the whole family were so intense.
Kayce was absolutely badass the way he instantly flipped over his desk for cover as soon as he heard gunfire.
And his tactical movement is so on point.

@@KevinCostner-rd1sv I am from County Line NY between Niagara Falls and Rochester NY, I am born and raised on a dairy farm, which my late father managed at the time (1953-1966). Very accurate show as far as the ranching part goes !! Am a huge Yellowstone fan ❤️💯 !!
It's so lame
The whole cast is excellent, top to bottom, but Kelly Reilly is just mind-blowingly awesome. To play a character that complex, that multifaceted, and nail every note...just incredible. She's one of the best actresses EVER. I sometimes miss a few lines of dialogue because I'm just so focused on watching her ACT.
And the "Don't Make Me go BETH On You" t-shirt is the funniest thing ever. :)

If you look through "KELLY RILEY'S" body of work you can see she has had some fantastic characters! She is an Exceptional Actress! But Beth Dutton is starting to wear thin on me!! The character for all her good Intentions is horribly "EVIL" And truly is without remorse!! I totally understand loyalties and protecting those you love❤ I also understand being abused and mistreated and abandoned by those who are supposed to love and protect you!

@@safaabdus8364 - Kevin Costner is 67. He stated in the beginning he wasn’t planning on doing but a few Seasons of the show. I’m thinking with 14 episodes for this Season, with a break in between 7 and 7, it may be the final Season. JMO

The attacks on the Duttons were super brutal. That was some insane stuff. Can’t wait for Sundays season 5 premiere.
Hopefully S5 can keep up the intensity because I found that the majority of S4 to be a massive drag after the intense opening episodes.

Yellowstone as a child in Montana were so wide open and wild when I was growing up. It's so different now. I admit to having an obsession with this cast and the ranch it's a cast member as well. "Yellowstone " is sn addiction now..Taylor Sheridan has a magic touch in all he writes, especially the Dutton story.
Love love love this show. I watch it over and over again til the next season lol. Can't wait for season 5. I'm also scared of how much I'll miss it when the show ends. 😔 😪😒😒. 😉

It was a great night watching Yellowstone Season 5. My Yellowstone group was glued to the TV watching and wondering "what's going to happen next". It's good to be back!!
Oh hell yeah better get this show on the road before everybody gets taken to the train station can't wait the minutes are ticking by I've only been on this Earth for 50 years but this is the best thing I've Seen On TV ever the crew the cast the production and everybody else involved this is like a hundred out of 10 very impressed the only other show I really seen that goes along with some of the topics that are in the real world Madam Secretary was another good one for that but anything that Kevin Costner touch turns to gold that's because he's surrounded by a awesome group of actors I can't wait to see season 13 LOL let's get this show on the road oh yeah Jimmy is the man loved watching his character grow

I'm watching season 5 on Peacock now. I see Beth still hates Jamie to the point of murdering him. I feel bad for him. He has always done everything John asked of him but it's never enough and can never get his approval. I just wish Jamie would toughen up and stop being a coward.
Jamie is truly screwed up, but Beth and to some degree the rest is of the family, helped to make him that way.

ALL of the Duttons are screwed up. But I really would not want to be on the wrong side of Beth.

12:20 This is the moment I felt the most sorry for Jamie. Yes, he protected his father after he knew what he did...but it's because he has been so emotionally beaten down by his family that simply hearing the words "I love you" or "You deserve this" is enough to brainwash him. He's been trying everything to hear those same words from John his whole life... but it never happens. After Beth made him do this, he lost everything. I have to wonder at what point will Jamie have suffered enough for Beth's abortion in her eyes? Yes, he made a mistake... but so did Beth. She was messing around without protection (knowing the consequences of that) and didn't want to tell John out of fear. Jamie went through with it because he was afraid of his father too... but for some reason, that's not okay. He wasn't allowed to be an irresponsible teenager... but Beth was? I'm so looking forward to seeing the resolution of this.
Exactly! Beth tells it like Jamie held her down and did the abortion himself! She came to him scared to death. John Dutton would have cut Rips teenage pecker off if he had known! Beth is a big ass HYPOCRITE.
There a fundamental difference between abortion and STERILIZATION. He should have told her that the abortion in that clinic would be followed by sterilization and let her decide. No women on earth would choose to be sterilized at such a young age!
@glamsky3257 I agree, and I think it's monstrous that this is still practiced on native reservations across the country. I'm just observing that Beth went to Jamie because she was scared of John, and Jamie didn't take her to Billings to get the abortion at a normal planned parenthood clinic because he was also scared of John finding out. They both made bad choices with bad consequences because they were stupid teenagers who didn't realize the extent of their actions. I think for Beth to call him evil and take absolutely no responsibility for creating the situation in the first place is unfair.
For all the fans who fell in love with this show and made it the phenomenon it is, we need a proper ending. To leave us hanging is shitty and we will remember future Taylor Sheridan projects

I wish yellowstone wasn't ending, I know there are other sequels and prequels but I like this show best
I really like the show, but the fighting is a little hard to take. But I wouldn't worry about that because fighting is everywhere just the same.. Anyway the show is great I have watched the first parts at least twice and probably will watch it again and again. I will probably end up buying the videos. Well by my count, Tate is the 7th generation of Duttons. Remember What the Indian chief told the original Dutton to settle in that valley? He told him that after 7 generations, they had to give the land back to the Indians that let them settle there back in 1823.

Season 1-3 was great but 4 onwards was down hill. I was such a huge fan that I still watched while in labor and delivery after having a kid.

@@pathall1559 Cole Hauser is so great at this role, he's been around forever but its like he was born to eventually play this role. Luke Grimes is also really great as Kayce.
They can't see that Jamie is the most complex character on this show. Let's not forget Moe and Rainwater. I like all of the actors that make up this wonderful film production.
