It wasn’t a botched abortion. The clinic required sterilization as part of the process. Jamie knew he would be keeping Beth from ever having kids, and apparently the clinic didn’t make sure Beth knew this before completing the procedure.
So, the Clinics fault really, not the fault of a stressed out teenager.
It should be a requirement if the person is a frequent flyer for abortions

Idk why but I really want to see the scene where Beth gets attacked in her office and Rip comes and saves her. It’s morbid I know but it’s good one or at least some parts-I can’t find the whole scene just parts of it.
I find Beth’s character very annoying and can’t stand any scene with her in it.

Because he knew abortion at that clinic required sterilisation and refused to take her to the other clinic.

Exactly. They was the only clinic she could possibly have gone to there also. And how would they not tell Beth they before doing the process either? Isn’t his fault
Damn, I love Beth, like a sister, but Teeter, I'd marry that girl, and I don't believe in marriage.
Why do that? And it's not as if you could. She'd never marry you, or anyone else. At best, she'd let you be her f#ck buddy, until she finds someone else. She's of a rare type, but one you should avoid. Seen a few. Fine ones. She'll look as if she's 60, at age 38, and die at age 48, as a friendless alcoholic. They're their own worst enemies.

The commentary isn't necessary. If fact, I turned off your video as soon as you started talking. Clips from Yellowstone are great, as they are. They don't need added dialog.
