OGX360 by Ryzee119. Internal installation mod by N64 Freak. This version includes relays that automatically switch between the front controller ports and the internal OGX360 (or a combination of each).

well that's one way to maintain compatability with the original controllers. I'm sort of doing the same thing. as much as I like the wired original Duke and Controller S, I think that introducing wireless controllers can spice things up.
I need like 5 of these dang things.
I personally feel like even the fastest wireless controllers lag sometimes BUT THIS IS SWEET mod really cool & most games dont need zero lag
After finding out about this last night I wanted a internal mod and this is what I am looking for. Do you think you can make tutorial for the internal mod?

Could you post a link of the process you used to add the extra USB port? I've tried upgrading one of the original ports, but I could never get it to work. It might just be my shitty soldering. Thanks and really nice work. You've got some great OG Box content. The system is so legit. Cheap and easy to work on. I recently picked up a 1.3 system in really good shape with, the box and everything included, imma sit on it for a few years until they go up in price, which they will.
The kit I purchased came with the USB port. It plugs into the Ogx360 (which is installed inside the Xbox) and has a wire that runs out through the front. This kit was built by N64 Freak. Contact him via the OGXbox forum here: www.ogxbox.com/forums/index.php?/profile/71-n64-freak/

Unfortunately, I don't. I'm not sure if he is selling these to the general public yet. I will look into that and post any updates here that I find.

My new xbox one controller modle1914 is not working with the 8bitdo. I bought the orange one and im very frustrated lol. Does anyone know of a solution
Hello, I was wondering, does the rumble from the original xbox translate to the xbox one controller with this, to any capacity?
All compatibility would be done with the 8bitdo. It reads the inputs and the board converts the signal to a format that can then be translated to be read by the xbox. It should work.
It's really nice to be able to run at least one wireless controller. The old wireless controller dongle solutions I've used in the past are not great. Excellent integration of the PCB. I think it's idiotic to leave it laying around externally. Did you get yours from tech nemesis or eBay? I really want to pick one up but prices are stupid on eBay.

Be aware that this kit runs about $70. It's really good, but the price reflects that. There are cheaper versions though, especially if you're willing to only run 1 or 2 controllers at once instead of 4. TEK Nemesis offers a 1-port device for $40 here: facebook.com/groups/TheMODShopByTEK

Do you know if the newer Xbox series X controllers would work connected via USB on the OGX360?
I've heard its possible with the newest firmware, but mine is outdated so I cant test it out. I'm in the process of learning how to update it. It definitely wont work via bluetooth, as I hear the newer Series controllers use low energy BT, which is a hardware limitation, and cant be updated.
Hey since you've obviously had success at it, would you be available to commission modding an Xbox power/eject pcb LED mod? You've got an old video showing a power LED that is possible to cycle blue, red and white. I tried modding one but ended up ruining the board since the solder connections are so tiny and easily damaged.
Basically I'm asking if you'd be willing to do it if I mailed you the power LED board. Thanks.

No. This device is for the Original Xbox (2001).
Who's selling these? I found a Chinese ebay listing, but shipping says it's like a month. Sounds sketchy.

Dumb question, I guess that an XBox outfitted with this can still use original XBox controllers yeah?
Yup! At 1:40 you can see me plug in a regular original Xbox controller and the Xbox responds to me plugging it in. You can use either controllers connected to the Ogx360 or to the standard Xbox controller ports.

This is a special edition Xbox. It was only available in Japan for a limited time. It came from the factory like that.

This is waaaaaaaaaay overboard for what you are doing.
There aren't many options for using modern controllers on Xbox. It's either an ogx360 or a Bookstone adapter. And this is the cleanest way to do it.
I used to have an external ogx360 but didn't like the extra wires and clutter. I love my internal kit.

@@GoTeamScotch well I dunno put my luck my does not work at all with no type of Xbox controllers. I’ve even tried the 8bito even added a new software to the 8bito and does not work. I wasted money on that crap. I have no choice then to use the og xbox original controller.
