G'day wasbruce, just pre heated for a while but honestly i normally just wack my food in ther like pies & re-heating,when cooking with a lot of moisture or maranades it takes a lot out of the oven as once the moisture starts to steam it does cause a little bit of a stall untill the oven recovers Thanks for watching Cheers Craig
How hot does under the unit get mate? I'll be mounting one under my kaon roof storage rack in my 150 Prado, and would be sitting above my dual zone fridge/freezer Cheers

G'day Steve, glad you liked the video :),i was paying homage to Russell Coight's handshake gag here is a Russell coight quote for you to giggle to Russell Coight : I never go into the outback without a decent supply of water, and the general rule for how much you'll need is three litres per day, per person, per man, per degree over 25 degrees celcius, per kilometre if walking on foot, in the winter months dividing it by two, plus... another litre... at the end. cheers Craig
As far as recipes go, this is actually very good. Marinate 6-12 hours first though.

Hi Grant. The top of the oven gets to about 60 - 70 degrees C. So it's a good idea to give it a little bit of breathing room.
