Yeah good job mate, nice review, it looks like a winner & I want one. I think you covered it all pretty good except you need to have a shunt so you can cover exactly how much power this thing uses. I know it is another cost, but when u have lithium u really need a way to know exactly how much power u have going in & out as the battery voltage tells you pretty much nothing with this chemistry. Cheers
There is a Japanese company that makes a quality lightweight hand-held aluminium non stick jaffle iron. You can use it on the fire or over the gas stove flame. Weighed bugger all.
@@GoneTravelingOZ but you have plugs in the battery that are meant for appliances that you have at home. Are you saying making one sandwich would kill the power bank,? using a cheap 15! dollar sandwich press that's smaller ?
Is it possible to get one that makes jaffles? Or only toasted sandwiches. I like to cook eggs, cheese and ham in my jaffles. But hard to find a jaffle maker.

If you have to use a huge power station might as well use a regular sandwich maker you buy at Walmart that plugs into the outlet on your power bank
100amp lithium aint a be power station, might as well stay home if you need a regular sandwhich maker.
