FALLING DOWN and 8 MM are Joel Schumacher’s best films. When given the right material, he can make absolute magic making some satirical or dark films about the human element. People compare Schumacher to Uwe Boll who’s not that bad as a filmmaker either.
I hate Joel Schumacher, but I know I'm gonna get shit for this, but I liked "The Lost Boys". That's his only good film. I didn't like The Number 23, although to be fair I was trying to add shit up to 23 for weeks on end after seeing it.
Director Joel Schumacher’s career as A director gets poor since he’s made this predictable, unoriginal & lifeless psychological thriller. (14%) (1/5 stars) (negative)
absolute brilliance, these two make me laugh so much
I respect kermode's opinion even when i don't agree with him, its nice to look at a movie a way you never have.
0:23 My God!
Aaron Bean isn’t that crazy
The film clip is the best part and it's been cut out of this! :p
@Mankind081 Dammit! How could I forget Pi? Alright then: That'll be the exception that proves the rule.
"Schumacher comes from shoemaker and shoemakers are cobblers"
Hmm, I wonder how we could put that into a joke about Joel Schumacher films?

Are there any good thrillers involving numerology? Number 23, Revolver, and Knowing are all ghastly. What else is there?
good film
@TulseLuper
Pi (1998)
The number 23 bus goes to Liverpool Street Station
Mayo's bus comment wins :D
@TulseLuper Knowing had Nick Cage versus numbers
Falling Down was a good movie :/
Ace Ventura 2 is one of the funniest movies ever made. 😋
