We are getting ready to raise our top cabinets so we don't have the unused space at top. Do to water damage we are rebuilding the base cabinets which I'm fine with, we get a new sink and countertops. 😊. Not painting the cabinets just refreshing since they are real wood made by a friend/neighbor who is no longer with us. I only have one 10 ft counter with sink in it and everything and not many cabinets so hopefully we will get our island I've dreamed of soon. Love the island, I think I'm going to do what you have done. Looks amazing! We actually have an island sitting on our porch we bought from a thrift store years ago for maybe $10, it needs cleaned and redone but will be great, it's on wheels so cam move it where we need it at the time.
To be sincere I enjoy that scene of the chickens that is so beautiful love nature you did a good job in the kitchen girl bless your heart enjoy your kitchen is beautiful well done great
I'm sure your husband wouldn't appreciate that. Maybe others can be sentimental but it is your responsibility and choice to lift him up and especially not tear him down on social media, regardless of if he sees it out not. Please champion him.
My Big rooster used to come into the kitchen through the back door that led out to the garden. No biggie, he just wanted to visit and see what was going on. I love that rooster. Even when he was big I would pick him up and stroke his neck and he would nestled into me with his eyes closed in pleasure. They’re just sweethearts.
Love your animals. The chickens are saying, the dog is in the house, why can't we come in☺️. The kitchen turned out amazing. Great job. I think I will do my counter tops

Rustoleum came out with cabinet transformations...offers 24 different colors and 4 step process...i did our home including bathrooms for $160.00 you can scrub them...have had it for 5 years now...did top ones in birch color. Bottom ones in dark gray...love them to death.

So love seeing into other people's homes. I live in an apartment and not allowed to paint anything so I love making my own decor and changing things up often
