I remember this being the most physical college basketball game I've ever seen. Felt like literally every jump shot was contested and players were bumped/swarmed everytime they penetrated inside the three point line. 23:20 in particular is the play I remember the most from this one.
This Villanova team played well in this tournament. Seasoned veteran team. Beat #1 Pitt and #2 Duke back to back but ended up coming up short against that loaded Carolina team in the Final Four.
I was at this game... what a classic between two big east teams in what was perhaps the greatest season by a conference ever. 3 #1 seeds, 4 teams made elite 8 and 2 made the final 4
Worst gut wrenching loss ever. After Fields hit that three in the sweet sixteen game against Xavier, I thought Pitt was a team of destiny. I wanted to see a Dejuan Blair vs Tyler Hansbrough matchup in the final four
Boy that last 75-foot shot by Fields - imagine if that had been a couple inches lower and banked in - and then for them to review it and determine that it wasn't off in time...
I’m already mad depressed and you upload this game? The game that made me contemplate if being a Pitt fan truly was the worst thing in the world? Shame on you NCAA. Shame.
such an epic game. i loved the old big east matchups

Good Thing, Nova in 2016 got what they wanted and defeated North Carolina
@@sstar202 he idiot Pitt got robbed in this game NOVA was just lucky to get there
Pitt matched up better against that Carolina team. Blair would’ve eaten hansborough alive

Can you upload the 2nd Round Kansas vs. Michigan State 2017 and the Sweet 16 Kansas vs. Purdue 2017?
Until 2024 (Purdue/Tennessee), the team who won the recent regular season meeting has lost every Elite 8 rematch after this game.
Can you upload Michigan state vs Louisville 2015

Scottie Reynolds should have been drafted.
Agreed
He had plenty of chances in the Phoenix suns summer league and the Utah jazz. He never panned out. Would have been a wasted draft pick.
And being 25 watching pitt now I get asked why do you hate nova so much I always say -two words "Scottie reynolds"
Upload Syracuse vs UNC Asheville 2012
Totally forgot about Pitt and Dejuan Blair. Blair was a good player.
Houston vs Kentucky from last year next?
