Awesome review. Thank you soooo much, you have no idea how happy you made me now! Jus bought 3of these for product photography, and I was using the remote trigger that came with 2 light set which an older way. So every time I had to change settings on 1 of the 3 flashes I would have to do it manually. I did not know they came with the built in wireless system and those remote triggers were compatible, and able to change strobe setting remotely! I am ordering one of the remotes right now! Life saver. Thanks again!
Hi again, i have a question why can´t take photos to 1/250 speed greater , I get a black stripe in the images, maybe this flash have hss function and i don't know use it
Hi godox, recently i have buy a ms300, but in my house the outlets are far, so light´s cable is to short so what kind of electric extension i should buy for a future i can use more that one flash studio. Thanks
It is best to simply choose quality extension cords with grounding. And remember to tape the cables to the floor so you don't trip or rip out the cable 🤞
For a small studio and most applications these lamps should be sufficient. If you need more power, so that you shoot at, for example, ISO100 and an aperture of F11 then you can think about higher power models. If, on the other hand, you would like to take very dynamic shots and freeze animals in motion, jumping, then the ideal choice will be the QT (Quicker) series.
MS300 is a flash light. Its main application is photography. It has a modeling bulb, of course, but it is only used as an aid to focus or to see how the light will be distributed. For shooting video, it may not be enough. We encourage you to take a look at the LED video lights in our store, such as the SL series, UL series, etc.
No, MS300 is too big. But MS300 already has a Bowens mount so there is no need to attach a bracket, unless some other need or application comes in here :)
Hi, the temperature (or, in a way, the color) of the flash in this lamp is 5600K. This means that in your photos, if you set the white balance correctly, the light from the flash should be white and without a tint. Modeling light, on the other hand, depends on the light source. If we are talking about MS300 lamps with a E27 modeling bulb - most often it will be warm and yellow light color. If you choose a model with an LED modeling light - you will get neutral light, 5600K.

No, the MS series does not have the ability to work in HSS mode. Our AD outdoor flash series (E.g. AD300Pro, AD600Pro, etc.) have HSS mode built in.
@@GodoxEU ok thanks

would this be suitable for a small studio for photographing fast moving pets?

Is this powerful enough to use as a key light for video? Thanks

Hi can it be mounted on S2 bracket

is it possible to have a white light coming out of the lamp or is it only yellow?
