    I am sorry, but when the incident commander at the site calls a railroad company for detailed information regarding hazardous materials. That information should be available immediately. In this particular incident, when they called Norfolk Southern in Atlanta for that vital information. The IC was told they would be called back but NS never called. It took an hour for them to find out and 2 hours to issue evaluation orders. That's completely unacceptable especially when hazardous chemicals can endanger the lives of people.

      Not to mention that they cleared the tracks asap for other trains to go through. There were people living very close to that. So many were not told anything for the longest time and then were told no one knew anything. It was a disaster, not even including the chemicals! Everything to do with this was messed up! Everything!

      I agree. I can't believe this isn't headline news!
