anti-mandate Sean, not anti-vaxxers.
Sean has to paddle the best he can on De Nile now; as he is all jabbed up.
Yes, Geoff, I agree - anti-mandate, not anti-vaxxers.
@deksper Sean has a ticky ticker after the sauce, and he is too proud to say it.
Not like people I know that are now very sick and some with myocarditis after the push, and they say it was after the push from our fooled politicians.
Yes by all means Sean and the rest of the Pfizer faithful rush out and get booster # 10. But the critical thinkers shouldn't be forced to choose between the experiment and their livelihood.
Anti vac was media spin for anti mandate. Sean fell for it.
Creepy pink walrus.
Hey don't dis the Walrus!

Yes. And unless they are jailed; the point of even the second convid inquiry will leave a massive hollow ring to it - and not just a massive bill to the New Zealand taxpayer.
Soooooooooooozzzzzeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Suzi Wiles we call her The Pink Bat, so again we were deceived into thinking she was some virologist, she was not she was a chemist. Suzi was again playing to the crowd and media and loving it. No wonder she got stick for that and doing that stint and filming her at the beach while Auckland people followed the rules.
Just another one of Ardern’s puppets. Then the attention went to her head, so she searched around for a way to attract more publicity -
Genuine question. How could her employer protect her? I don't know what they could have done, other than suggest, as they did, that she cease making public commentry.
She wasn't obliged to do it, and was acting out off her own bat.

Wow. So she ignored Auckland Unis advice to try and keep her safe and then sues them for not keeping her safe?!
Siouxsie Wiles is playing a very similar game to what mainstream journalists have done in recent years: Flinging mud in the face of the general public, and then crying about being bullied for "just doing their job". No, you chose to haughtily and publicly pronounce your judgement upon the public, and should not be surprised when the public become angry at you as a result.
If the judge disagrees with Sean, that doesn't make the judge right. When are we going to learn that judges DO get things wrong. They are not above influence and human frailty for goodness sake.
And not beyond biased.
And that's why there is the (uncorrupted?) Appeal Court.
Judges getting it wrong in this country is far more prevalent than most people know. It is common practice for judges to deliberately mislead juries but nothing is ever done about it. This is because most defendants do not have the financial means to properly defend themselves. And the Appeal Court is used as a cover-up apparatus for when judges get it wrong. The Appeal Court, when quashing a conviction, never implicates a judge though. Instead, the Appeal Court judgement will cite anything when quashing a conviction - except apportioning blame to a judge. Presumably, this is to protect the integrity of the justice system. In truth, the justice system in this country has little or no integrity.
Some are blackmailed too
You raise some good points @@roy421000
Death threats yet not a single person charged. Seems 100% legit aye
When a judge makes such a demonstrably flawed decision it is important that the judge is subject to some scrutiny…..Auckland Uni should appeal this decision for the good of all employers in this country.
Another great example of "the law is an ass" .. but from a restitution perspective a $20K award in favour of Wiles carries zero weight and is a very hollow 'victory' for Wiles - unless she has very deep pockets?
Hardly a win for Wiles
It is simply "Go away and buy some more hair dye" money.
She desperately wanted to be the tall poppy, then is surprised that she gets her head knocked off😅. As ye sea soixi
I often wonder if she cringes when she reads about someone who's died suddenly? Does her research now include causes of myocarditis, colon cancer, turbo cancer and abnormal blood clotting?
You have to have a heart to cringe or have an ounce of empathy, this witch has neither.
how about the 10s of thousands of lives she saved? nah didnt think so cooker

Will this come back and bite her on the behind? Every potential employer now knows Sooosie will bring a case against them if she feels aggrieved.
1. AFAIK, Dr Wiles is a microbiologist, not a virologist or epidemiologist or medical specialist in respiratory diseases, so I don't know how she had expertise to comment. Does she have specialist knowledge of these fields? 2. Why is it the University's responsibility to provide safety for her for non-employment activity she decides to do in her own time from her own home?
Sounds like grounds to appeal
As far as I can tell (I am not a scientist), Dr Wiles is probably a decent enough mid-level scientist in her field but hardly Nobel material (otherwise she wouldn't be in NZ). She seems best known for popularising science among teenagers (as Brian Cox and Neil Tyson have done in physics) and drawing attention to herself in the way that teenage girls do (with silly names and sillier hair). If one decides to take an aggressive public role in a politically contentious matter, one should expect internet pushback when people believe their lives and livelihood have been damaged with insufficient cause. Actual politicians understand this, but it is only female politicians who complain about the trolling. But warfare isn't for the fainthearted.
If she sued the University, why did they not sue her for bringing the University into disrepute, bringing shame on the University and loss of mana by breaking Covid rules, and not caring, and this reflected on the University badly seems like double standards to me
Siouxsie isn't even a very good academic. She claimed that we were running out of effective antibiotics against MRSA and similar bugs - a wildly inaccurate and catastrophising (irresponsible) comment. It is the approval process that is the issue regarding the availability of new antibiotics. Many, many effective compounds are waiting in the wings, the methodologies for developing products has advanced by leaps and bounds and so on. In summary, she is a shameless attention-seeker, makes inflammatory statements and consequently gets herself in trouble.
The only time someone should take an antibiotic is if they are dying, they kill your microbiome especially with repeated use, it literally means anti Life. There is a reason for inflammatory conditions find the cause fix the problem, drugs only ever mask symptoms.
Why do people say ... "to be honest"... when we already know that they have a history of poor integrity?
It’s well known to be followed by a lie or there would be no reason to say that is there.

Being a pure blood kiwi, I lost my job, was spat at abused, assaulted. Being 65 and having younger people yelling at me that I should be in prisoned in camps. And she gets a JUDGE to back her.
She had a side business creating graphics for WHO around Covid, why did the uni not say she was representing that business and was their hands of it?
Moonlighting
The Hypocrite put herself in that position I hope her lawyer charged her more than she was awarded
It sounds like She was really being a grifter
Like Plunket with his pathetic pay for say.
A useful puppet obviously part of the use of useful idiots for the roll out lockstep from the WHO.
This is a good judgment for all those council buildings that have undertaken health and safety assessments to be able to decline to let people be able to speak. The judgment says she is able to speak and let her views known, despite the reservations of her institution. And that her ability to speak should be protected by security measures and not by shutting her down.
Professional victim strikes again, this country loves them
As a radio announcer said two days ago. Anyone in broadcasting or youtube etc gets threats including ending them, however research shows that it seldom comes to pass. What anyone should be concerned with is those who don't warn you as they'll just do it.
I think the employer should try for an appeal.
Was she paid? Then it was a second job
Thats bullshit, how can your work be held responsible for something you do outside your work after your employer has told you to stop. The judge should be fired to start with. Then the red head should be jailed for lying to the public resulting in deaths.
because our society is decayed, rotten, woke and upside down
Is this not a Pyrrhic victory?
I wouldn't want to employ someone who expects me to protect them from the consequences of their own actions.
This now creates another headache for business to navigate in an ever complicating world of employment and recruitment. Poorly written (or lack of thereof) employment law has lead to total confusion for employers and employees alike where we are guided by a raft of precedents and interpretations. The employment relations act talks more about bargaining and striking when it should be setting clear guidelines on employer/employee obligations. It's a mess just like the Treaty of Waitangi.
Failure to follow a lawful and reasonable (continuing after being asked to stop) request should have seen her in a disciplinary process with her employer?
Any criticism it has received should multiplied by ten. What a festering sore she has been to the people of NZ
The precedent this ruling sets is scary

She never even got the jab!
Really? How'd ya find that out ?
If thats true that Siouxie never got the jab Vaccine then its a case of do as i say not as i do. Its Hypocritical. No such thing as free speech anymore.
Proof?
She got the “made for tv saline jab”. Pretty sure the cops and politicians and doctors ( first to lead the sheep) all got saline so they could truthfully say they got it with zero side effects
Just looking at her espouses everything that annoys me in a person
😂
The system is falked 😊
As a person who appreciates logic and fairness rather than any sort of lawyer with any expertise, what so ever the only question for me is did her employer ask SW to front line covid information and the governments response for the university or did she do it of her own bat. If the university asked/ told her to do it, of course, they have a responsibility for her safety, but if they didn't, then they don't .
Another judge who’s loyalties have been compromised 😟
The Employment Tribunal is out on its own......😅
Why do we continue to nanny people. Why is this woman so entitled that she gets to say what she will and won’t do to her employer. And she gets rewarded for that? 20 k not a lot but it’s the principle.
If she is not a health and safety expert, why was she plastered over everything and listened too so much
Missing sooo many comments. Important comments.
She went out built a name for herself then expected special treatment these people need to be told the worlds not a safe place nor should it be the school should have drawn a line saying we will do and you will not while on school grounds talk about
She was promoted by JA and MSM - just like all of the govt-funded 2020 'flu grifters...
Protect me when I'm reckless but you're not allowed to tell me not to be reckless. Employment Law is a liability. What is the responsibility of the Government of the day in this?
You are mistaken. It's like calling you a newspaper show. The people who won't take untested drugs are concerned about the ongoing health of their children. They require more testing before tak8ng a drug. Lessons such as the opioid crisis validate such an approach. Those who simply jab anything into their bodies are 'gamblers' with their health. Anti vaxxers are people who simply say no to all drugs. It is important to recognise the difference.
Disappointing that you made your live TH-cam stream pay per view. So much for tolerant and free media.good luck breaking even with revenue with that attitude.
My Question is (?) Pertinent to NZ Health & Safety Regulations... Can Siouxsie Wiles now be sued by workers, employed at the time of the covid pandemic, for being engaged by Employers, to advise those Employees on 'safe' working conditions (all aspects) in relation to the coronavirus covid-19 Pandemic, in those various Workplaces ???? Siouxsie Wiles put herself forward into the 'Public Arena' / Public Workplace., as an 'authority' on covid-19 advisement, regarding 'Safe' working conditions in the Workplace, without doubts, earning a fee for such engagements... (outside and apart from any earnings from Auckland University), as have other 'advisors' Publicly giving advices, especially on Social Media Platforms, such as Epidemiologist at the University of Otago Michael Baker... Can these 'advisors' now be sued by workers who contracted covid-19 in those Workplaces, (NOT referring to ACC., but as a 'causation' of those advices) when, in good faith, even when following those same advices, as Employees instructed, guided by those advices ????
Following Siouxsie Wiles advice to my ‘then’ Employer / Employees, my Employer changed their newly existing, instigated, criteria of ‘Safe Working conditions’., pertaining to the covid-19 pandemic, in the work environment, to what I regarded as unsatisfactory and unacceptable working conditions and quit my employment of decades of years.
That same Employer still has the ‘question’ of “Whether I agree with their covid Policy” on their Application Form for employment / re-employment...Was ‘this’ a reason I was declined re-instatement after Mandates ceased? and… I wonder (?) who supplied ‘this’ (medical knowledgeable) advice to the Employer ?
Such, as is, how Jacinda Ardern publicly ‘left’ the Employment situation, when Mandates ceased., stating it was up to Employers to determine this employment factor/criteria. This affected many industries, notably Medical Professions...
Siouxsie should be grateful she’s even alive. In a better society she wouldn’t be.
Always thought Susie sux. Genuine academics don’t seek the limelight or moonlight in the media.
Lmao Sean pretending he did try to make you get the jab too 😂😂😂
If she changed her name by deed poll then it is her real name.

Is this Suxiusisi thought she was disliked before, ... I mean, If I say what I think I'll get banned from u tube. I was , by the way, extremely dissappointed in the film festival , was it last year? They had only one movie dealing at all with the big Covid issue, and it was "Miss Information" , a glorification of that woman. She was OH so attacked by the "conspiracy theorists". (The poor brave sioxxxxi) She was part of the (very aggressive!!!) army pushing jabs into everyone's arm. (For the good of the country!) And now we see all the funerals. Even now we are not really allowed to mention that, especially if we work in the hospitals. Nothing to see here. How SAD. Very SAD.
