I really appreciate the way you decided to display the neighborhoods in this video! The Streetview shots were cool because I could see what the houses really look like just like if I was in the area and browsing. Seeing things from overhead was helpful in understanding how the neighborhoods are structured, and I felt like I could get a sense of what they look like in the context of the surrounding landscape.
I know you mentioned some of the houses Downtown are more historic - has the city instituted any preservation ordinances that would require approval prior to renovating or remodeling the properties? I know some areas can be a bit protective of historic homes.

Also, maybe I can't find it in Erie, but I'm wondering if there are any neighborhoods nearby where the lots are a bit more spaced out? You said a lot of the construction in Erie has been closely spaced, but I'm wondering what sort of options might exist in the area if I did want to have a bit more space?
