Normally there will be an import firm representing Lelit. You may also visit the Lelit manufacturers website. Another possibility is ebay or Amazon. Gerard
I bought one like this second hand, did what you did, but i had to renew the rubbers. What about descaling boiler and valves, can i put a descale tablet in the reservoir?
If you did what I did you have already descaled the boiler. There is nothing against descaling twice however. First dissolve the tablet in about 500 ml of water. What is the remaining problem? Gerard
@@Gerard_Hugo I was thinking the overpressure valve (the one you can adjust to get 9 bar) it looked black inside. Maybe flushing with a blocked portafilter?
@@ptr1968 That is not a (safety) overpressure valve. A overpressure valve will only be activated mechanically by an overpressure exceeding e.g. 20 bars. You mean a tubing that releases the pressure that rests on top of the portafilter once you stop the pump. An electric solenoïd switch opens that release line. You may clean it by applying the blind filter technique. You can imitate this by plugging one of the two filters with a piece of thin plastic foil. By repeatatly switching the pump on and of you can promote spitting dirt or in acid dissolved CaCO3 out of the line. I never needed to do this but I don’t know how your machine was treated. Gerard
