Mexico Bans Father's Day

Less than two weeks after her election (but before her actual inauguration), Sheinbaum’s Mexico is changing. A recent memo was circulated proposing a ban on Father’s Day. A ban on Father’s Day in Mexico - because… wait for it… inclusion, diversity, equity… blah, blah, blah.
I also tell you why I don’t think the culture war will necessarily make any inroads in Mexico - and why Claudia Sheinbaum is unlikely to make any serious change to Mexico’s pleasing allure as a Plan B destination.
