Yes I agree. Prayers for Jonah. .And I wonder if some additional opinions from OTHER orthopedic surgeons are warranted. He doesn’t seem to be healing.

I understand the parents want as much as possible a natural treatment for themselves and for their kids, but sending Jonah only to Chiro and Acupuncturist for needling and cupping will not fix his leg/hip and I'm afraid the longer they wait, the more permanent his condition will be. I had shoulders problem before. On my right shoulder, I only treated with acupuncture (yes, needling and cupping too), on the left, which occurred 2 years after the right shoulder "healed" somewhat, I had surgery and then physical therapies. There's a significant difference between 2 shoulders now. My left shoulder can move freely as normal as healthy shoulder but the right shoulder always catches when I lift my arm a certain way. I have to stop, reposition and continue the movement. I was in my early 40s when I had shoulder injuries. Jonah's hip and leg bear his body weight so if not properly treated and soon while he's still young and his body can heal fast, I'm afraid he'll be permanently limping.
Honestly, as long as it has been and being a young man that should heal quickly, it's looking like this has crippled him to the point he won't recover and may need other invasive treatments like hip replacement. 😒
My heart breaks for Jonah. Isn't it time to go to a better specialist? I'm so fearful it may be too late to repair.
I am praying for him as I feel sad for his condition too.

I love how your oldest son appreciates his mom so much for just being a mom and doing what moms are supposed to do. He is old enough now to understand how hard both of his parents work every day for the benefit of their family. You both are truly raising good people anyone would be proud to know and have as a friend. This world cannot ask more of you then that.
I feel for Jonah. When I was twelve I fractured the head of my femur. It was a freak accident. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks the doctor put screws in my hip. When I was 19 I had another surgery that they put an artificial ball and rod into my femur. My ball had died and my socket was a twelve year old socket it had stopped growing after the accident. Long story short I have had a total of 7 hip surgeries My last hip replacements have lasted the longest. I am 61 years old. PLEASE find him doctors that are experts in hip injuries. Not to be a bummer but I think he has a long road ahead...Hopefully there are new ways that they have discovered to help these injuries... My accident happened in 1974
Yes, it has come a LONG ways. He will be fine .... But you're right, hell have a lot of work ahead of him to rehab

I am not a doctor, but I think your big boy needs a real (!) hip specialist (surgeon) and probably a new (artificial) hip. All the therapies he is getting do not solve his problem. Please get him proper help. Otherwise his hip will only get worse. Wishing him all the best for a complete recovery, enambling him to run around and be papa's great helper like in the old days.
Feel so bad for Jonah, hopefully he'll get the help and medical attention he needs and is entitled to.

Oh Jonah, my heart hurts for you. Be strong, ask lots of questions, keep pushing for answers and the right treatment for you. The medical field can do some amazing things.
Lily is the real deal. So proud of her she is a cooking monster that's amazing!!!!!! With everything young kids are getting into these days it's great to see them learning all these life skills..... Let lily know that if she uses a little beet juice the icing color will become more pink or red (not to much it will taste 🤢 but taste as you add it)
Love watching Lily serving the family. As a Mom, the biggest struggle for me is ignoring the mess while the creation is in progress. I'd have to be somewhere else! Also a good reminder to blossom where you are planted. You're taking advantage of being in the cabin to work your magic on the house and yard. Love it!

Sad that you only compliment Lilly for her cooking , she was always 1st out door on chores and clearing the 2 acres worked her buns off and stepped up inside also but when you came to the reward and acknowledgement of the jobs done you gave all the credit and rewards to the boys,no wonder she has been so quiet lately as she knows everything goes to the boys

Every single time I watch your videos I remark at how capable your kids are, they are such hard workers. Justin and Rebecca have done such a great job raising these kids to be amazing adults. I loved this video, Lily is such a little Superstar in the kitchen, most kids her age hardly do anything for themselves. Bravo Rhodes Family!!!❤

I love how everyone pulled together to pull out the old bushes and trees, Lilly made a yummy looking cake and the way ya'll went around the table telling your favorite part of Rebecca and why. I really enjoyed this video!

Nice job cleaning up the bushes and trees around the cabin with the excavator Josiah. That was fun to see the trip to the plant nursery. I think Rebekah has great taste for picking out plants for the cabin, and the kids too for the hanging baskets. I love the boulders to mark the yard with and the big flat stone for the grill. It's amazing how much you can do with those boys and the machines you have now! Nice that you found gluten free pizza dough! Nice job getting that Justin. Organic pepperoni too. All the rocks for the downspouts look great. Beautiful cake Lily! The overall changes are wonderful guys! The Birthday dinner looked wonderful guys. I like that picnic table you used on the porch too! You could hang the wind chime from the tree! I know an Osteopath that could probably put Jonah's hip back in right. He has fixed so many people that have walked weird for years. He knows a lot more than a Chiropractor or a regular Orthopedist. My doctors didn't put my SI joint back in. This Osteopath did after 8 years of it being out of place! Jonah needs his hip back in the right place. It looks all wrong. Sorry, but I feel for him because they don't know how to put "Humpty Dumpty" back together again and they won't admit it. They aren't really helping Jonah. I'm talking regular doctors. It's good he's getting the toxins taken out with the cupping. I'm sure you wouldn't believe how tender my muscles get when they finally go back into place! It's the toxins from the tendons, ligaments, and muscles leaving since they were choked off when the bone was out of place. It's wonderful being able to do stairs again! I will pray for Jonah's healing!

I’d like to suggest Cleveland Clinic in OH for Jonah’s hip. Some of the best doctors in the world. I know it’s far for you but it may be worth the effort for Jonah’s future
Jonah's condition is heart breaking. Wishing him the best and a full recovery. Lilly is a pretty amazing little girl..the kids are all great and each have special characteristics, but Lilly being the only girl makes her bravery and sense of responsibility stand out I think - she doesn't fall back on being the girl to avoid the tougher, less pretty things about farm life. 28:05
I got spoiled for my Birthday that's next week May 17th. Hubs bought me a brand new Kubota BX 2380 tractor with all the implements. I'm SO excited to get busy using to muck the horse run, horse stalls and move the manure compost piles closer to the garden to use for this falls garden prep. So many uses for a small lady size tractor!! Oh and mowing the pastures, tilling new garden areas. Congratulations Rebecca on your Birthday Spoils too!! 🎂

Oh man, Jonah about had me in tears when he said what he did about his mom. I am so sorry that he is having a such a hard time with that hip. God bless him with healing. i love the work they did around the cabin, it looks so much more open and airy, more spacious. That wind chime may prove to be too much for the porch but it is beautiful. Happy Birthday, Rebekah, and I wish 50 more for you, too.
Kid needs pilates. He needs to strengthen the whole hip girdle. The hip is a ball and socket joint… don't need anything but your own body weight. Start with a short fulcrum and extend the leg as you ger stronger. This will balance the musculature. Pilates has been known to cure the “different length legs,” sydrome.
The yard is looking great, and Lily is turning out to be a good cook, love baking cakes~

Its awesome to see Rebekah getting back outside and into the gardening again. Henry getting big enough to do a bit more on his own and not needing momma quite so much. I know it's a mixed feeling, but I remember the days of transition and finding myself with more time to do the things I loved and it felt great to regain that ability.
