I rlly love Halle being Ariel! The controversial part for the dumb people is that their changing the apperience of the princess that they grew up with, but nothing rlly has changed in the story! I absolutely love Halle and I wish her success!

My son absolutely adores this doll. He plays her song when he gets scared of the dark and would cuddle her close. I have one too because she is so pretty.
I work at Walmart and while I was working today they were bringing out pallets from the back and i found the Mattel doll on one of the pallets, I was very happy I wanted to cry while I was working. I bought her before I ended my shift. I honestly cannot wait to go see it at the theater. ❤❤❤

I would have absolutely loved this doll when I was a kid, but they didn't have mermaid dolls back then. She looks like she's very solidly made.

Ariel was always my favorite disney princess growing up. And I've had a Ariel disney animators doll since I was was about 5 so around 15 years now. I was so happy to see this doll so that I can give my Ariel doll whos been with me through it all a best friend who looks like me (: I just wish that this doll didn't have a sculpted tail. That is the only thing that is keeping me from throwing my money at disney, I mean I'll buy it because I'm in love I'll just drag my feet. For some reason sculpted tails just really make me sad. I wish they had given her a legs but a skirt that looks like a tail (though I'm biased because thats what my doll had)
Her tail lights up for 'splash and play' so scultped makes sense for tbis doll bc shes made to get wet and light up, but yes wouldve been nice had they given another option that has legs for people who dont get their dolls wet!
She is absolutely beautiful I only saw one doll in my Walmart but it wasn’t that one it was a smaller one

it doesn't affect the speaker voice of the doll if it was available too to submerged in water since she was a mermaid sad part that she couldn't transform into a human being form which has feet because her tail was intact and not just fabric and it doesn't have articulate to even sit just only laying down look like a fish display on the supermarket or groceries

@@Dolldad_83 i mean if she could dip or dive into water since it was a doll to play in with water since i heard or seen it has a device to talk and sing could that technology or device was break or damage because we know there are some gadget was very sensitive with water like watch example even it says it was water resistant but still there some possibilities it get damage even cellphone right and certain more gadget which sensitive with water cause or incident
