U should react to the pursuit of happiness, great father hood movie based on real life of chris gardner played by will smith and his son jaden smith. I think this has to be done with movies set in the past or actually made in the past and money amounts are discussed. Inflation since then has to be taking into account and so you have to have an inflation calculator website at the ready. In this case this scene is set in 1960; $600USD in 1960 equals about $6,200 today in 2023, so that nine year old kid was making bank and you can now understand better why his mother was so keen to keep the money!

React to the whole movie guy ill personally donate 20 dollars if you react to it and i promise its from legitimate sources ples react to it cus no one else will its a missed opportunity becaise more people should watch this movie its in the top 3 life lesson films for not just young men but women as well by not reacting to the whole video you are doing a great disservice to the amount of latter lessons and clear examples of gow to be a responsible man and those lessons are not absorbed from strangers and abstract "figures of responsible adults" actions speak louder than words man. React to the whole movies its not even hard man and show any kids you can the whole movie
