It's a different way of thinking. But it definitely has its place. Personally I think white culture and black culture compliment each other. We're more disciplined as a group, they're more in touch with their emotions, it's a tradeoff.

As a culture, the majority culture favors a certain presentation -- the people white people present to show off who they are tend to be polished, disciplined and confident. And the black subculture favors a different model, more open, more performative, more emotional. It's not determinitive, it's a percentage thing and it's cultural, not racial, but in the same way we can't ignore the similarities that bind us together, we should embrace the differences that allow us to enhance each other.
