I buy and sell games rather quickly. I don't keep them if I don't love them, but seeing this video made me realize I must love tile laying games because I still own many of the ones on this list. I'll note that Harmonies made me let go of Cascadia. Have you played Planet Unknown or Azul? I predicted those would be on here.
I have Azul but didn’t include it. When I first got it a year ago we loved it but once I got more games I no longer play it. We keep it to play with people who are new to playing games. I haven’t played Planet Unknown. I do love Harmonies but still kept Cascadia.

Castles of Burgundy is my #1 game. I’ll need to seek a copy of Dorf. It looks fun
I love Dorf. I first bought the duel game and then it was suggested to get the original to play Solo. I can’t wait for the new Sakura game.
The Grrand Carnival is another good tile placement game.

My most played game is Carcassonne. 2 player can be extremely tense. :)
Some of my other favorite tile placements are Nova Luna and Farmer’s Market
