Rights are we gonna not ignore every divide and conquer ever? We’d all be poor and penniless. It’s from the land , people can’t have truly owned the treasure. It only now has significant value, war is was. We celebrated death of Frances monarchy, their jewels will be with someone ancestors or sold on. Should those jewels be returned ( ones that are rightfully owned to that royal family)? You’d say no. Can’t alter history , it’s happened , what will the country’s do if they got them back. Sell it for money rather than keeping it as part of history
You using the wrong flag The old flag that you have in your picture is the one designed when we finally got independence and become a republic in 1961.
Hello, thank you for noting that, I should of made a note, I had used that flag as aesthetically it looked better and also since Louis Botha was Prime Minister of the Union of South Africa. However the correct flag for colony is on the Thumbnail, but again thank you for raising that point.
@@motherlandchronicles also we only became a union in 1910 after Anglo Boer war. Well done video.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video.

I agree you said it best
The diamond was not stolen, it was the spoils of war, when you conquer you take. This is shown throughout human history.
