    • @FuzzyGreyPenguin
      @FuzzyGreyPenguin ปีที่แล้ว +5

      the policemen also do not enforce the law - the law is only enforced upon those who look like they hold a job and can pay the fines (e.g. not making a full stop on your bicycle at a stop sign in an empty intersection) but not on those causing complete havoc - from public defecation (often on private property / front doors / building walls) and then the press only showing the image of a man spraying a woman with water and not what happens outside the business, to public drug use, or drug dealing), and furniture dumping. When you ask the city to pick up abandoned furniture / abandoned mattresses, they file it under 'encampment' and do not remove it because it 'might be furniture for the homeless'. I just wish all this mess was right outside London Breed's home so that when she steps out of her home and needs to dance around needles, and be worried for her own life when she steps out of her home, she can realize the society of complete lawlessness that she has enabled.

      Imagine your judges became so lazy and had such minimal accountability, that they defund police, then take that money plus more and create a bunch of task forces that don’t do shit, they may as well burn whatever money they don’t skim off the top, it’s a joke and the media is doing whatever they are told to do and looking the other way.

    • @kommisar.
      @kommisar. ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Hurpdurpdipidydoo Judges have absolutely no control over police budget, and they also have very little control over bail and sentences. They are required to adhere to the bail and sentencing guidelines, which is set by the local legislators. Blaming this all on judges is a real displacement of blame. The blame lies on the DA's offices and the local legsilators.

If they _were,_ people would be stealing sandwiches and wool socks, not trekking up from Honduras to sling fentanyl on the streets of SF, or carpooling in a Mercedes Benz to loot $200k of Louis Vuitton bags or smash & grab half a million in diamonds from a family-owned jewelry shop in Chinatown. Panhandlers make good money, too- it's legal and doesn't kill other people. Plus, in addition to their monthly SSI checks, SF homeles can easily get 3 free meals a day and a shelter bed or housing assistance without expending an iota of effort. Seriously, stop making excuses for the people voluntarily choosing to destroy society, it only enables them to continue.

It was about affordable housing. Sure that's important. But who wants to living in a city where the last mayor did NOTHING and the current one seem to be just as incompetent.
      It seems that even local news is passive when putting city and state and county leaders in the hot seat of facing hard questioning about what they are doing at all about all of the problems, crime and homelessness that is just getting worse in cities. They also never ask follow up questions or firmly asking the mayors to answer the. question which they just smile fakery and dance around it knowing that they get away with it. All of the time.

    If SF was serious about order, than tomorrow the police would immediately arrest all drug dealers who would be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Anyone caught shoplifting would do guaranteed jail time. All the homeless bums and vagrants on the sidewalks would be told you can leave, stay in a shelter or go to jail. Also anyone defacing or vandalizing other people's property or openly taking drugs would be arrested and prosecuted. None of this will happen of course, but it would restore order real quick.

Every day you go to work a criminal is looking to spot on you, shoot you or other bad thing and every day you go to work a democrat prosecutor is looking to throw you in prison. All this started with Obama. Hilarious. I love watching the democrat areas implode on themselves with violence and crime, drug overdoses. The trash just asking itself out
