I forgot to say, I normally use Montana Colors Acrylic varnish in gloss! It worked well enough on my other projects. I currently don't have access to the famous Kamar spray. ALSO, thanks for watching!!!
Ahh I was wondering if you used Montana colors acrylic or not. I always use Wyoming Colors Acrylic myself, so you might want to try that next time. It has a bit higher viscosity but its cure threshold is a little bit lower so it might not disrupt the metallic lustre point so much. Just a thought.
Thank you so much!!! I appreciate your comment and thanks for liking this video. Wow yeah it is quite old already…I think it’s the second one I did on this channel! Glad it still gets a little love! ( and you are right, real life is filled with mistakes…but we can learn from them!)
This turned out great! I've tried something similar with lots of different powders and metallics and get varied results, yours turned out great though! Except for the sealing bit hehe 😅
Right!? It has SO much potential. I somewhat wonder if its just THIS sealant I am using or if it’s a problem with the powder entirely. It’s was super cheap so I am not too disheartened. I also know I sprayed it too close….which….I never do. Not sure why I up and decided to spray it SO close 🫠

I'm your "131st like" after a year. Wish more people appreciated your video of failure. This is real life in the studio.

Great Idea!!
It was a great idea, I just wish I had used the correct metallic powder. It all just brushes away once the alcohol dries.
@@SezCreate maybe You could also try setting the powder with a glossy acrylic spray After or hair Spray
Sorry you weren’t pleased with the outcome, it still has a beauty to it though! And I loved the jokes! Made a fun video to watch 😊
Oh thank you! Yeah it was kinda ruined in the end, but thats all part of this journey and learning. Can't all be good!
How pretty
🙀
I know!! I couldn’t believe I wrecked my piece but oh well….you live and learn! Thanks for watching and commenting!!!!
Bizarre.
