Rarely seen such a good shooter, take a calm approach before shooting, definitely not a ruch ruch like you see in many other videos that hit the rat badly and leave the animal injured.
How do you get this sort of permission mate, what land do you look for? I know it seems an obvious question just struggling to get land as it is. I’m fully geared up got more gear than I care to admit, and shot all my life (24) any help would be appreciated. Find rabbit permission way easier to pick up with horse paddocks etc. cheers

But for me after a shot and the rat is definitely dead, the kicking around video time would be better filled with another shot on a new rat. I don’t get anything out of the kicking around stuff. Lol Just my thought. Looking forward to your next video as always.

I actually enjoy both. Alpex is more user friendly but the Hittac is very compact and light and has really good day time footage. This winter I will be using the Hittac on the squirrels and the Alpex on the rats. I enjoy both. Alpex is FFP.

Have you synchronized the camera's crosshairs with the rifle's crosshairs? And do you get money per rat you catch or do you get a flat rate for a shift?
What muzzle velocities are you getting with the.177? Pellet grains? That is really important work actually as rats are absolutely out of control! Where I live we have the black rat or roof rat and they do so much damage to homes if they gain entrance. Good job!
