Very true, Godrej has gone down tremendously. Ready to take interest but when they are suppose to pay for delayed possession, they tue up with authy and never pay. Horrible. For last two years, they say, next 25 days, 30 days and so on very shameful manpower is not sufficient. Only limited labour is put to work and making excuse of pollution, and other reasons. If there is any stop work, make the labour double to cover the delay. But they make it more slowtaking such excuses.

Sale of flats should be allowed only when they are Full build and ready for possession.

Also the contract situation keeps on changing....they have different contractors each time....resident at 101 on rent. Brother owns unit at Nature plus...yet not delivered...delay
