Spike: works hard to make a deck that is consistent so you can keep a majority of hands. Also spike: mulligans often and has good card draw to make risky hands better Random commenters: something ain't right about this...
I want someone to edit spike questioning why his opponent is playing so slow, then cut to a montage of him flipping and dropping the coin, that would be so funny dude
I love how the best designed mh3 card is just a boros version of a card that very much was not designed by the mh3 team. Don't get me wrong though Phlage is awesome I love the card and do hope we eventually complete the elder giant cycle with all 10 guild giants.
Some guy said "Thrasher saved 1 mana so far" around 23:40 after watching Thrasher dig like 6 cards deep, enable Flame multiple times, hold off attackers, go 1 for 2 on removal, AND save 2 mana (he was wrong) in Match 1. Chat be chatting for sure

About Solitude: It suffers from the same issue that Swords to Plowshares does. Very good in control, terrible in Boros Aggro. Most of Modern is Aggro right now, so Solitude is going to have less of a winrate percentage than when the meta settles and something like Esper control starts dominating the meta again (after years of Modern Horizons sets shaking up the meta so much that control can't really stabilize)
White aggro decks in legacy tend to play swords when they exist. The trick is spending two cards makes it a lot less likely you couldn't have used the two cards that are solitude and white card to instead just win the race
I've been debaiting on building Wizards or Murktide for my first proper modern deck, and I really like Flame of Anor so I think I'm gonna build something like this, though Murktide might be better (could try this shell with like 2 Murktides anyways). I'm also very looking forward to building an energy deck, but I wasn't sure if Tune the Narrative would be good enough, and it looks like just barely. $30-40 Tamiyo is annoying though.

you won anyway! Awesome plays, but Sink into Stupor is also a great out for spells that slip through your counter wall in the early game
