If you hire Heinrich as an advisor as Germany, he gives you access to the foreign recruitment decisions. And if you do a good few of these decisions while angering a specific faction, there is a chance for a coup to fire and assassinate the moustache man, allowing you to get Heinrich, Hermann and I think also some other options. It would be interesting to see a playthrough going for Himmer instead, similar to this one

As Italy, "march" from Italy to Poland then take its place (you essentially replace Poland. Maybe find a way to release all your original cores. If it doesn't work then maybe just leave a single province and neglect it or something). Once you do that, play as if you were Poland from the beginning the whole time.

to transfer manpower without annexing your puppet needs one level higher than being able to be annexed by their overlord at least thats what i did wrong when i tried this trick, it was very very annoying lol
Iraqi arabia is the hardest challenge you can do i tried it like five or six times and barely was able to do it I simply sided with the cccp then tried to take everyone But another strategy is to side with the axis’s then turn against them

Suggestion: Make US and Soviets fascist before. Get everyone else in the world to Allies. You play Fascist US and fight against everyone else in the world with your Soviet buddy. :)
That would be a fun co-op struggle. No early war shenanigans, just turn both US and Russia to fascist ASAP, then wage war across the world. Civil Wars devastate both countries and weaken them enough to make it a pure uphill climb as the world unites under the Allies lol

However, I would like it even more if you do not ally with Britain (if they join against the Germans that is okay but don't do the focus that invites the English to your faction).

Required: Full Desegregation, Worker Management Act, Reintegrated Rebel States, More than 95% Democratic Popularity, Democratic is ruling ideology Bonus points if you don't ban the communist party after finishing all those communist focuses. Bonus points for keeping FDR in charge. I recommend you avoid escalation for the first event you get from the communist path. You can keep the 'non-aligned' states when the civil war starts if you choose to avoid escalation. What I call this kind of run? The Comrade FDR Run.

Unfortunately, the minors won't take much time to make interesting or dynamic content enough, so I can suggest going through the same country in different ways, for example, Katerina Principality, because the truth lies at different angles and ideologies. In short - play Katerina Principality in EaW and try to build up the whole story of the mad princess.
the exploit mentioned by whoever I've done plenty of times only during very laggy late games mostly by accident in super modded games, otherwise it flat out doesn't work, even then it's very unlikely to happen I'm not sure what's going on that causes it but usually I'm only able to do it by around 1950 or much later and with around >800 or so more >30w divisions, so the annexing puppet method is the only reliable way to do it there is also a chance since you're using a collab government your puppet divisions are using 100% their manpower which causes them to get deleted instead of (maybe) transferring over manpower, so a normal puppet would probably be required where it's more like a 75/25 ratio
I had a game on Historical A.I. off and Soviet Latvia declared war on Denmark despite being a puppet of the USSR so don't say that puppets can't declare war 'cause they can.

I know it has the dots, umlaut? something like that. I speak a little German, but never bothered to transcribe as ae, ue, oe, and so on. I guess you are correct, but I was "thinking with the dots"
