There are so many JW/JC v videos on TH-cam that I started saving them to my Jonathan Winters folder on my channel. Just in the last hour I think I've saved a dozen. I'm going to find as many as I can, so there will be one place where you can find every single one. Of course, you can always just do a search here and a bunch will come up. He's such a lovable and funny guy.
Jonathan Winters was brilliant and you could see the gears turning, the planning and set up for his punch lines. Just a wonderfully funny man that we were privileged to enjoy for about 30 years or so. And his humor is still funny to this day. No crude humor, just wit, timing and delivery that made you laugh.

He was old school - worked 16 hours a day, never complained and was still active until the day he passed away. Mr. Winters wrote the improv book.. Nobody could ever follow him because there was no script.. An absolute protege.. And The trail is impossible to travel his foot prints because they are based on an enigma.. Salute to the MASTER.🔤😀
Jonathon Winters was one of a kind! His mind was always going and I loved the faces he made. The Important thing to remember about comedians of his time is that there was no swearing and censorship reigned supreme. So, you had to be very intelligent to be able just to pull comedy off!! Miss him and his humor. I was also always glad to see the entertainers whom Johnny Carson truly liked. You hear so much negativity about Johnny, but I’ll bet these folks he liked had a totally different opinion of him!! Just plain old miss days gone by!

Got to tell you, although I am 68 now I identified with Jonathan Winters and Robin Williams very early because, well later I was diagnosed bipolar. We see things in amazing colors and we are always the clown that helps us get through. I am the youngest of five and after all these years I'm still the clown trying to make everybody else feel better
Growing up in the early 60s we would get every album he put out and laughed until we cried, rolling on the floor listening to it until our parents wondered if they should call a doctor.
I really enjoyed Robin Williams. He seemed to sprint through his routines like a runner and was more raw. Winters was more of a stroller leisurely going down some path only he saw and checking behind all the trees. Both were unique and unmatchable in their own way.
Robin Williams said on several occasions that Jonathan was his favorite and his inspiration. Robin was Jonathan on speed. With Jonathan u had time to appreciate each joke. With Robin it was sometimes difficult to keep up.
