Just bought a 200 2015 limited. thought it had water spots on the outside of instrument panel but they are on the inside. Now I know how to get to it. Thanks for all your videos
Hey bud I have enjoyed your vids so much I decide to follow and did a few upgrades myself. I upgraded my cluster tonight as a matter of fact. No did not go as smoothly as your did. Of course I had the flash problem, I also had ever warning light on. To make matters worse . The shift the s one did not work at all. I did three alignment with alfaobd and still nothing after several hours and putting the old one back in. I then removed it allowed for it to rest the pit up the new one and and doing another proximity again . It worked. I had to go in and tell it I had the new selector with s. I then did another and Bam it work. I don't have the paddle but it does work now. Only thing I have to do now is get the milage corrected.

Oh man you should've got one with the V6, this really is such a slept on, underrated car. The extra power and sound from the V6 over the 4 cylinder is so worth it and with the 9 speed you're getting nearly 30 MPGs on the highway. I have a 2015 Chrysler 200S with the V6 and that thing shreds tires. I love the looks I get when I'm leaving these snot-nose people driving these expensive ass BMWs, Mercedes, and these Audis in the dust. So fun! So far upgraded the tail lights to LEDs and headlights to LEDs. Looking to upgrade the radio/screen to the 8.4 inch screen next and want to upgrade the mirrors to turn signal mirrors with the blind spot monitors.
Hell yeah bro that’s awesome yeah my 4 wasn’t what I wanted for speed so I got a toy car haha but I still love the feel of it while riding a super fun car and great for lots of things ! So I upgraded my mirrors from basic no turn signals to turn signals if you want to do blind spot you will need to add sensors but not that hard and then proxy it !

Just updated my dash and mileage was flashing.I took battery cables off and used jumper wire to drain the computers. Next morning my dash has no more flashing mileage.Try it I really love my upgrade for sure now.

And if I find a new speedometer system should I just wait to install both before doing the proxy configuration? Or when I get them one at a time can I do it twice and have no problems? We’re you able to fix the odometer? How do you do that? I appreciate the help bud I’m about to install the cold air intake once it arrives and other cosmetics features. I appreciate the help

Welp, I bought a cluster for a good price...spent an hour getting it all hooked up ...the mileage wasn't flashing.that was fine. But it didn't read my fuel levels, had some warning light for things like back up camera that I do not have...so...that's a fail I guess.

Proxy is an alignment to the computer that the dealer does or even you if you have the proper equipment. I saw you previously asked about the compass, did you ultimately get it proxied and it’s working now?

No problem bro !!! So unfortunately I heard mixed things about it , some say you have to send it out and they have to program it but honestly at that point , you will be driving it so the millage will still be wrong , so unfortunately changing the millage isn’t doable as of now , but you can try your hardest to find one very close to the current millage you have

I just did the install a 200 s cluster twice run prixi on ALPHobd and for the life of me it won't read the fuel gauge at all and put me in service AWD with I have a chrysler Limited FWD please help
You got an AWD 200 S cluster that is set up for a 3.6 with a PTU in it. Unfortunately this will not work with your BCM with the fuel gauge. I found this out the hard way myself. Get a 200 cluster that comes out of a vehicle with a 2.4 in it

He needs to do a transmission slip or transmission replacement on his 200. Got the car from the dealer at 55k cars at 89k and having transmission slips and jerks
Nope here is what you need to do to make it work ! Also when you shift to S the traction control should turn off bro ! Paddle shifter enabling 1. Select your vehicle 2. Body computer 3. Select body computer Delphi/Marelli 4. Connect to OBD link MX 5. Click the little red car(bottom right corner) 6. Select procedure to start: Select “Car Configuration change” 7. Select options: Select “paddle shift”( scroll almost half way) 8. Select value : Enabled Shifter module PRNDS enabling 1. Do the first 6 steps for paddle shifter enabling 2. Select options: Select “shifter type variant” (Scroll half way and scroll a little further down) 3. Select Value: “5 position Rotary Eshifter PRNDS” (Last one on the list) At the End of either of these steps Proxy AGAIN !!!! Enable first then Proxy !

@@sheldonscott2880 let me see if I can help Lolol ! So basically the millage will not be the same as your old one , it will be what ever the new one is . Millage is stored in the odometer so if you want same millage you will need to find one with the same amount or I’m not to sure but I think some company’s can change it for a price but don’t quote me on that lol !

Did the proxy alignment take care of both the flashing odometer and the wrong mileage? These clusters are cheap af on ebay and I really want to swap mine but the odometer thing is giving me pause.

I can not figure how to enable the new 7" cluster on the Alfaobe using Andriod. It fails the proxy aliainment everytime says terminated due to idle everything connects on the app at each stage just not sure how to enable the new cluster like u said to do and the proxy fails everytime.

Like the only reason the gen 2s have things is because of a higher trim upgrade, there are some slight performance things like headers and stuff but cosmetic wise we still struggle too you really have to take universal to another level with our cars :/ but yes still love em !

Hey, so doesn’t matter what trim it comes from and when you get it, make sure you get a theft code with it so you can get into it. Theft code proves it wasn’t stolen. Also a dealer should proxy it for you so that the radio works 100% properly with your car!

You can activate it at the dealer , or buy a activation code , and hold the hot and cold arrows , and it will bring up a menu on the radio and you can input it in there !

you can add resistors to your headlights to get that notification off. I did it on my 16 200s

You can also do a proxy alignment yourself with the right scanner and an android app. I have done that as well.

I know the dealer told me that if I have a 2.4 to use the cluster for the same engine since the calibration is a bit different for the 3.6

Millage is stored in the odometer so if you want same millage you will need to find one with the same amount or I’m not to sure but I think some company’s can change it for a price but don’t quote me on that lol !

Did the proxy alignment take care of both the flashing odometer and the wrong mileage? These clusters are cheap af on ebay and I really want to swap mine but the odometer thing is giving me pause.
The proxy stopped the flash bro but did not change my mileage !

I can not figure how to enable the new 7" cluster on the Alfaobe using Andriod. It fails the proxy aliainment everytime says terminated due to idle everything connects on the app at each stage just not sure how to enable the new cluster like u said to do and the proxy fails everytime.
Try a different device and make sure you have a good quality obd scanner

Like the only reason the gen 2s have things is because of a higher trim upgrade, there are some slight performance things like headers and stuff but cosmetic wise we still struggle too you really have to take universal to another level with our cars :/ but yes still love em !

I’m not getting my fuel reading after this upgrade. Can’t proxy align the ipc to write the current values. What have you done to get the ipc to proxy align?
mine says service fuel sensor but it was just fine before i put the new speedometer in, how did you fix yours?
Maybe take your negative off you battery an let the computer to reset an see if it reset the miles.
Unfortunately the miles are logged in speedometer so they arnt able to be changed :(

Once installed did the miles go up as you drove it or did it stay the same

@@roblesjustin13 changing the millage requires it being sent out , to a person who can probably expensive lol and honestly who knows how long it would take , and mines from a 2016 bro so I’m not sure , my buddy has a 2015 one and he can’t turn his off so I wonder if it’s a feature added in 2016 :/

Hey, so doesn’t matter what trim it comes from and when you get it, make sure you get a theft code with it so you can get into it. Theft code proves it wasn’t stolen. Also a dealer should proxy it for you so that the radio works 100% properly with your car!

You can activate it at the dealer , or buy a activation code , and hold the hot and cold arrows , and it will bring up a menu on the radio and you can input it in there !

So my miles arnt the same as the new speedometer unfortunately and to change it requires a lot lol so I just turned it off in the settings
