Something minor that bothers me that I think will make it look much more realistic is switching the panel text font to the Airbus font

@@HandleWithNoLastName Or that's just how they decided to make it. Having been using the throttle for 2 years now, I don't see why people are so up in arms over it. I've flown for hours at a time and never had issues reaching buttons or using the throttles comfortably. Designing something with the market in mind of consumers who are going to have the throttles mounted all over the place in relation to their body is going to be different than a multi-million dollar jet cockpit where the pilot can only be in one place with the throttle in one place.
Acting like it's some nefarious thing they did is goofy.
@@HandleWithNoLastName It will be to the left, but it could be on someone's desk, someone's chair, mounted to the desk itself, sitting on a stand on the floor, it could be a lot of different places that are various heights and distances in front of the person flying, not to mention the various mounting solutions allowing users to move the grips laterally in relation to their body. Compared to the real life Hornet where the grip is only going to be in one place in the plane in relation to the seat, with the pilots using it in that one specific place.
I feel like the number of people who notice and are bothered by it is probably dwarfed by the number of people who purchased it and didn't notice at all, and have had no problems flying with it. I know my friend who got the same grip hasn't complained about comfort issues. I'm sure there are some people who noticed, but even scrolling through the thread I'm seeing on the DCS forums, calling it "a lot" seems pretty generous.
And I'm not ignoring it to feel better about it. I'm not bothered by it because I didn't even notice it until stumbling on a thread about it. I'd even forgotten about it since, despite hundreds of hours flying with it.
In the end, saying "Winwing won't fix it because they don't care" seems like a pretty disingenuous way to phrase it, when what they said was that they were made aware of the issue and waited to see how customers felt about it, and received positive feedback. I find it hard to believe that if there were really that many people complaining about the grip angle they would leave it as is, compared to the more likely reality that only an incredibly small subset of people find this to be worth more than going "Huh, never noticed that before" and just enjoy a quality throttle.
My father would have loved this, only a few years too late. but keep it coming WinWing

Winwing is one of the very best, I’ve been using their sim equipment for years. Mostly for DCS, but this almost makes me wanna dive back into MSFS ✈️

After sending support ticket, answer: we send it in sequence of order. Strange I see people who ordered it later and have it. Maybe Priority based on country??? Strange..
@@geraldwillemsen6895 I contacted the support today. After some questioning, they said that new units arrive on June 6th (tomorrow) and if I am in the queue, I will get my Email shortly afterwards. On their website it says "ETA: June 6" aswell, so I am quite optimistic now, that it will pick up some pace now.
How do you connect it? Is it a regular usb or usb C ?

The level of integration with the Fenix A320 in MSFS will be key to its success.
Yep, hopefully not a problem now that Fenix got that new Pro Sim deal for hardware support, WinWing would be fools not to make it possible to make it work fully and personally I’d prefer a full size to the miniFCU out there already.

@@CrashEd1664 Only concern beyond that is build quality and the encoder and button actions etc, plus from what I’ve read WinWing are pretty bad in the customer service department, so I’ll probably wait to see reviews and comments before dropping any money to be on the safe side, but I hope it works out.

We need full information on full Fenix A320 V2 support in Flight Simulator, and if we can use it for other aircraft albeit just the elements that transfer to other types of course, that is the displays of autopilot information and the ability to use the buttons and dials to control it where applicable. And if not through the software you provide whether we can use other software like Mobiflight, Spad.next etc to make it work with other aircraft.
This information is very important for us to have, VERY, if you want sales don’t be silent on this WinWing.

I understand while this thought initially makes sense, having a simpit that resembles what your are flying or doing help immersion.
Having proper hardware beats reaching for a VR controller in speed and after a while your muscle memory is near flawless and it feels so naturally reaching out for hardware.
VR controllers are great, but having hardware especially a unit like this that you use THROUGHOUT the whole flight is gold!
