We are going to Disney California for my son’s senior trip with my son. Do you know if we can sign him up for DAS toe day we go? I ask because they haven’t shared the tickets to the park with us yet.
Hi! I’d be happy to help! It will depend on when your trip will be? The DAS Pass system is changing in Disneyland as of June 18th; after that you will no longer be able to do it day of in the park and the whole system is changing. If it’s before than yes you can do it day of in the park. You would just go to Town Hall on Main Street (Guest Services) and let them know that you need DAS Pass and they will do the process there. Do you mean if you are denied for the DAS Pass or that you can’t have the DAS and a travel agent? Because the latter is not true. You can have a travel agent and get the DAS Pass however the TA will not be able to assist you with getting the DAS the person who has the disability will need to go through the DAS process. However if you’re asking if you can cancel and get a refund if you’re denied for the DAS then the answer is potentially, yes. It depends on when you apply for the DAS. Once you’ve made finally payment on your Disney package you can no longer get a full refund. If it’s before you’ve made final payment then yes you can get a refund

What is wrong with the title? We went to get the DAS Pass but weren’t prepared and had to get things fixed first as the video show 🤷🏽♀️
