This is the first video I should have watched Jess,,, I’ve been having serious issues with my self confidence and it’s killing me ,,,,never again … thanks dear ,,, your a blessing indeed ,,, love you …..
So throughout my adulthood, I've really been working on my self confidence & I must say I have it above 70% now ... I do all the listed flawlessly, except when the people involved are way older and I need to lay back a bit ... I was not very confident in my childhood & early teenage life cos of the way I was brought up. Yeah. I'd put the Blame on upbringing. Cos you're supposed to be reserved for the other team member to talk. You should stay calm even when you're abused, you can't voice your concerns out cos you're a kid & know nothing. No one would even listen to you. In Africa, the elderly is right & is always. It really affected me in many ways ... But turning 18 some 5 years ago, I went on a self discovery journey & told myself my adulthood is not gonna be like this ... And today, I take firm & firmer decisions, regardless of the concerns of any other parties etc ... You know, things that only the confident person does

Have you ever watched a video which is so good it felt like reading an awesome and captivating book ? That's how I'm feeling right now.
This was so educative and fun at the same time. I wish all my teachers back then were that passionate, my life would have taken the fastroad of success, I know for sure.
I really enjoyed this video. By the way I had to pause at 4:50 and quickly go to Amazon to learn more about that book. Just a shame Amazon doesn't have it in my language but still I saved it in my bucket.

The lack of self-confidence is actually a liability which when not taking care of (especially tips provided in this video) will make you miserable in a world that is ever so changing. The content of this video reminds me of the Ancient African Proverb “KNOW THYSELF” because it is in knowing thyself that enable us to understand the meaning of LIFE and the meaning of ONE’S OWN LIFE. Which then allows us to discover or to know our Purpose. Not knowing your purpose will leave you vulnerable in all aspects of life and will make you feel as if something is missing in your life (emptiness). You will wake up daily and move around aimlessly which is a SAD PLACE to be. Thank you, Sister Jess. PEACE!
