I like it when your player has a voice and even more so when they speak in game not just in cutscenes. That's the only problem with far cry 5 imo really and battlefield 4s story fell short for that reason because you're meant to be the leader but don't talk and everyone else is saying the orders. I don't know why game devs would think its better, less money and work and they say it let's you put your feet in the players boots more but for me I think silent protagonists are crap
@@DTCJimmy I definitely agree with your points on Battlefield 4, as it kind of felt like the whole campaign your teammates were talking around you and making decisions that you might not agree with. Also I wanted to punch Irish every time he whined. But personally, I feel like a lot of the time having the POV character speak can be distracting, especially in this game. It's fine during the slower moments, but when you're moving around and getting shot at having a disembodied voice speak kind of takes you out of it. Black Ops 2 did it better.
@@trevonprice14 Yeah, Infinite Warfare was a step in the right direction but it was some really unfortunate timing with the futuristic setting when people were getting burnt out on it
I remember the first time I played that bit I let resnov die because I missed the bit where he called him a friend and was confused as to why I was failing. Keep in mind it was my first call of duty so I didn't know who resnov was either, ironic as he is my favourite cod character maybe my favourite video game character of all time

He misses a lot, he also doesn't seem to realise you can cook grenades, he will say the enemy is spamming him with nades when they're all his being thrown back 😂

@@Analog-to-digital-cotinual it wasnt due to copyrihht he said in the video it " it seems like no ones talkimg in the cutscenes" and he was reading the subtitles

G filmer It’s in 4, too. I remember I was crawling under a truck on “Hunted” in the 360 version and I never stopped seeing four grenade indicators; that scared the shit out of me. The next one I remember not having as much of an issue with nade spam was BO2, but I’m not sure.

World at War will always be my number 1. Campaign was fresh and eerie. 2. Zombies was unique, freaky at times, and dark. 3.) multiplayer had only 3 killstreaks was OP, had blood / gore / dismemberment and was a rush. But Black Ops 1 is almost equaled to my first favorite I can’t wait for you to continue this one! Would like to see you try zombies with 3 other people too after.
My favorite call of duty of all time. Also first game i played online multiplayer so i might be a little biased. I love the cold war era covert feeling the game has. Absolutely incredible
I think its a nice touch that when u go to zombies, hudson turns into one, maybe foreshadowing that one mission in bo2. Anyway one of the greatest games overall and one of the greatest cod games. Also insane respect for the troops
"Look at the bullets in the walls" If you think that's impressive I can't wait to see you play BF3 if you ever do, on PC it still looks amazing today for a game that came out in 2011 and multiplayer is still active if you want to change things up when you stream. My favorite intro mission was still Modern Warfare 2. Why? Because at the very first mission, they let you use the machine gun in the tank, then the second mission is with Soap. At first, they let you climb on the ice then you are going to breach an enemy base by sneaking enemy which is another style of gameplay with a mix of awesome Plan B scene of Soap and Roach when they caught. Then after that, they let you drive a snowmobile while dodging trees and shooting enemies. Those are four different kinds of gameplays in just 2 missions. But this Black Ops intro mission was my second favorite.
The best part about this game is that your character actually speaks giving him more character
