With your riding gear on can the folks in that area tell if you are white (assuming that you are). And have you experienced any prejudice? Can you show us some of the local foods and what it tastes like? What is the average size (in c.c.) bike?

I definitely don't stick out like I do when walking. The riding gear covers most everything except my neck and my clear visor shows my face if you're close enough.
For me, prejudice has a negative connotation so I would say I haven't experienced a lot. If you're walking, you will constantly hear "Hey, white person" ("Le blanc" in French). You will be asked for money a lot. Certain vendors will try to charge you more, but that's not the normal. Most will actually give the Ivorian price to me as well. I can't say I've really had a bad experience with the cause being that I'm white. They are very hospitable and kind people.
Some videos on the food are definitely on my agenda. Hopefully, I will get there eventually as I have been very busy lately.
The 50cc scooters/moped are very popular. The brand Apsonic is very popular here and many of their bikes are 125cc. It's very rare to see a bike over 200cc.
