For better hooking, but no reduction in weedlessness you should put less of a bind in the hook. Ideally you should be able to follow the line of the bent section straight to the back of the bend.
Great video. I just "found" your channel and ofcourse I subbed. Just 1 tip to save on led(free) wire, after I started to use an old bobber ( with the wire) I waste almost no wire.
