Alex! Hey Alex here as well. I’ve got a 90 k1500 z71 that I bought new. Glad you guys are digging these year Chevy trucks. You got me thinking on this video. Just remove the carpeting. Wax the paint and put in below rubber mats. 2:23 Would look like this section with two mats then bolt in seat. I might try it

The LS swap is the best thing you can do to a OBS in my opinion. I had a 95 Single cab, short bed, 2wd dropped on a 4/6 Beltech kit but the 350 was a fuckin turd. It was rated at something like 190 to 210 horse and it was frustratingly slow. Im middle aged and FINALLY in a place in life to afford a 07 Classic short bed, Single cab 2wd and dropping it on Monday the 6th. It has a L59 5.3 LS which isn't a monster by any means but its putting out about 325 or 330 at the crank on E85. It's not my daily but it is my hobby and I love these trucks. Nice work bro, hold on to that truck man because they're worth gold right now, especially a step side.
You can add alot of power to a 350 motor...I have a 93 and still adding horsepower and this truck is my daily driver..nice to get a new motor but try putting more time in your 350 motor.

Exactly similar interior, and same red color, as my '88 Chevy 1500 truck (4 x 4, and stepside, btw).
I just bought it like "brand new" (10 grand), even the engine is quite new (7k miles). It's almost a new 1988 truck, white w/red interior.
Love it, but ........ I love my 1974 El Camino way more, my Camino is like a car, not a truck.

I like what ya did with the everything. Interior looks clean! But, with under the hood, should keep OEM! Way better look in my opinion. Paint or whatever, just keep the original look.

Hey wassup carnal I really like how this truck looks I am into old cars early 2000s 90s and way back cars from the 80s 70s 60s 50s 40s 30s 20s and early 1900s because old cars many people prefer those then newer ones the material was strong then 2010s and 2020’s is all plastic bad freaking material I like the early 2000s and old GMC trucks there style was more better then 2010s to present I am 18 years old and my family is from Mexico but I live in San Jose Califas bro.

I have a 92 obs k1500. Interior almost identical, except mines not that dirty. I just rebuilt the motor, replaced all the front end duspension components. 2 questions:
How's the headliner in there? Mines crap,

Just need a correct console and good door panels and it will perfect. My 94 has that set up. Factory buckets with 6 way driver.

Thing looks clean bro! I went with a all weather mar instead of carpet & my back panel is just plastic no carpet all solid black getting some leather seats with center console. Never thought about the sound deadening ima have to look into that!! & what you have to get done to get your motor in??

any idea where to still buy those side skirts?
I spent like 6 months looking for my single cab side skirts on Facebook marketplace, they are hard to come by in good condition near where ever you are, so if you see a pair make sure to buy it right away

Alex can u reply to me bro I have a 1992 chevy bought a new battery and fuel pump it turns on but when It goes in reverse it turns off can u tell me what’s the problem
You might have a bad coil or your timing might be off on the distributor, search up TH-cam videos on how you can check the timing for your engine, TH-cam will be your best friend with fixing the problem, I wish you the best of luck and I promise you will learn a lot of new information😁
Also if the distributor is rusted out then just put a brand new one on, try to get original parts , and you can purchase parts through Amazon they are much cheaper, AC Delco and Delphi are the brands I would get
