I wondered from the beginning if you were going to use the w-item glitch. I think its fair game as its not using the materia, i would put it in the same vein as HPPlus and MPPlus, passive abilities that dont affect enemies. Very very entertaining through and through (also Cloud being Clit-em made me choke on my drink thank you)
NOOOOOOOOOOO IT'S A COMBO OF CLOUD AND ITEM YOU GOT IT ALL WRONG. Just like Titem is a combo of tifa and item. Absolutely no funny business going on there, I swear :^) You're definitely right, I didn't feel bad about using W-Item and was going to stick to my guns, but at a certain point, it felt anti-climactic. Being able to dupe Dragon Fins and 8-inch Cannons made it a bit too easy. The HP Plus thing was more because it wasn't offensive in any way, a wholly defensive materia, but W-Item legitimately defaces bosses.
It's insane watching you guys do all these different "challenges" with games I grew up with. I would've never played an item-only game of FF7 b/c it sounds crazy and like a massive PITA. Stuff like this is infinitely more entertaining when nostalgia gets mixed in.
Playing this game since its release in 1997 and thought I've seen everything... but then there's this super special enemy i've never encountered: Jenova Clitoris! Made me laugh my ass off, thanks man :D Also: kudos to defeating the game *technically* only with items wherever it's possible - never would've thought this is doable :)
Great challenge video. I love the branching timelines of the different possibilities. Wicked. Suggestion: FFXII Items only. It’s a shit start, but if you get Diamond Armlet from the Trial mode, you can keep Knot of Rust in stock and farm for damaging items from enemies or the Bazaar. The big W is Balance motes and bubble belts, but there’s also Dark Matter for one shot kills or Scathe motes for super high area damage. Might be a shitty run, but could be wicked if you could find damage avenues early.
I honestly didn't even remember FF12 had damaging items. I will have to research this. ty for your comment, it may be what eventually drives me to drink
After some research, the Diamond Armlet is actually a terrible idea for this run. It changes the items in chests, usually removing the super good items and leaving Gil and Knot of Rust. Not as good as most of the alternatives.
And stat scaling on most damaging items. So it’s not just a math problem. You can actually have fun with this one. The grind might suck, but if you fine a good chest near a map transition, just running back and forth to stock up shouldn’t be too bad.
As a fellow Aussie and Final Fantasy Fan i gotta admire your dedication into these item only challenge runs. Also iirc there some battle items that can only be stolen and/or morphed from enemies.
From my vague recollection, the only damage items you can't access without Steal and Morph are ones in areas you can't revisit. I'm fairly sure everything is either buyable, droppable, or battle arena-able. I could be totally wrong about that though, surely this video shows how unreliable my FF7 knowledge is :^)
So, I had so much fun watching your videos, and watching another streamer play FF7 for the first time, I decided to do a challenge run of my own. Materia only. So no vendors, no buying items (or buying materia, self-found materia only), no changing gear or weapons (init equip only), no using items (W-item is the only banned materia), no Attack command, no limit breaks etc. I only just got out of midgar but damn, doing runs like these are fun. You have to change your entire outlook on the game. Elemental materia is useful. You realise "oh.. this means barret, tifa, and aerith only have ONE materia they can equip... bugger...". Honestly, having a blast with it so far. So, thanks for being a large/partial inspiration for this :) !
Damn, that sounds like a sick run. I got that Final Fantasy VII itch myself, kinda wanting a replay, maybe I'll have to lift your challenge idea for a fun casual replay! Even if it was only a little, I'm glad to have contributed to a new-found love. It genuinely does change how you think about games, and things you'd previously ignore as they were sub-optimal are now the only reason you're making progress. Takes me back to all the times I said something about sub-optimal progression methods in games being unnecessary or bloat that nobody would use. What a fool I was.
@@Caspicum Currently, the game is kind of on easy mode still. Midgar (Air Buster boss) was a bit of a challenge due to his damage output and your party's lack of MP, so the answer there was grinding in the train station (because there's a resting place in the slums). After that the main issue is having 3 party members with only 1 materia slot (aerith, tifa, barret), which limits everything. But, it's still doable. When Red joins, it's a free for all. Currently I just finished Corel Prison, with Dyne there posing as a minor challenge. I say minor because Enemy Skill materia exists and Beta is actually doable to get at level 17-19 for Red. So thats out of the way. Slowly but surely, Im starting to see difficulty rising a little bit though. Cloud is now a liability (worst armor and only 2 materia slots), and status effects are hitting more and more often. So Im curious how this will be going :D
@@Caspicum Well, I just finished the game with the following rules: - no "attack" command (2x cut isnt allowed, attack-All is allowed with the Mega-All) - no items allowed (not outside of battle either) -Throw materia IS allowed - no limit breaks - any action as a result of materia is allowed (added cut, Deathblow, counterattack etc) - No vendors allowed - self found materia only (no store bought materia) -Initial equip only, weapon and armor -no accessories -Resting at inns or healing areas is allowed. With only a few hiccups the game was surprisingly easy. Enemy Skill materia is absolutely a must though. Eventually enemies gain so much HP/Magic Res that you need to use Magic Hammer frequently. I only had 3 wipes I think, 1 to Marlboro, 1 to Carry armor (almost instant party wipe on his opening round), and I forgot the last one. You do need to plan ahead on a lot of enemies though. Elemental and Added Effect really become invaluable right away. The game does become progressively easier when you leave Midgar though. And Cid is the absolute MVP.
Just so you know, you can farm an item called Dazers that inflict the Stop status, which Ruby is weak to, so you can absolutely destroy it with items only That aside, great vid
Even with 99 Dazers, you still couldn't deal the damage required unfortunately. He's got 800,000 health and a 99 stack of S-Mines does about 1,000. With W-Item, it's doable, it'd just take at least an entire day.
@@Caspicum I don't really know how the Ruby fight works, but from the olden days I seem to remember that his defenses get considerably lower after some time somehow.

Additional encounters still provide some gil as compensation, and some areas have different items, so it's not always about reducing the number of encounters to save on item usage.
That was good fun and some amazing commentary. I do wonder if allowing steal would make this type of run more fun; guaranteed items so you don't have to grind as much (though sometimes steal takes over 10 turns to work at the start) and you might be able to get through it all without selling materia.
What a great video. defo one of these underrated creators on the verge of discovery and explosive growth. I think my only gripe is the audio levels but that's super personal.
please tell me more about the audio levels because I'm always worried they're not quite right, or the background music is too loud/quiet/whatever. i know there're 4 big splits with the quality, and I have no idea why because my recording set up never changes, but I get vastly differing results every time, and my equipment is far from awful. I try to blend them as much as possible by editing everything as a single audio track but you know how it be.
@@Caspicum i can't put my finger on it but it feels like the game audio is not level and that you are slightly too loud but i am not an audio guy so i am probably hearing something else that makes me think that. It's not bad but it just sounds off a little

Excellent commentary, love your sense of humor. Instant sub! Oh, and you can get rid of the timer on the Emerald Weapon fight by equipping the Underwater Materia!
I mean, there's a quick way to do the condor fights: lowest speed, place 1 unit. Begin. Place a unit below that, another one below that, all the way to the bottom. Kill the first enemy that spawns and ... wave cleared. Victory. Incidentally, I dont know what the cost would be, but you could press the alarm button in Junon (where the soldiers are practicing in the long hallway going down). It spawns very tough enemies but they drop lots of money, and items too I think. Not sure if that could help but... oh well, the more you know.

May use Postscriptthree's Tweaks mod for Multi-Slots. or not for More of a Challange... 1.Using only Counter, Counter Attack and Magic Counter Paired with Materia of choice (Start with 1 of each Counter Materia-Counter Attack-Magic Counter + 1 Sneak Attack All Max AP ) No other starting Materia Except for what the game gives you at the start. 2. No Items In/Out of Battle.. Tents can be used at Save Points 3. No Shops 4. No W-Materia 5. No selecting From Commands During Battle. 6. No Summons (Phoenix Summon is the 1 exception) I came up with this idea myself and have been enjoying it quite a bit
I'll be honest, a challenge like this never even crossed my mind as a possibility. Perhaps I'll give the idea a try the next time I'm feeling masochistic...

@@Caspicum Shinbok is JP only, yeah. Thankfully the translation patch also includes the solar patch, but it just means that you’ll only ever be able to play it in english via emulation. It’s an entirely new cast, which might be why the game’s title was changed. Being on the DS, you lose a built in solar sensor, but you can use a Boktai 1 or 2 cart in the GBA slot to restore it
31:00 I dunno how many years I went also thinking it was "with-Item" "with-Magic" "with-Laser" etc. It's a DOUBLE-u. Double Item. Double Magic. The realization hit me like a truck one day on a replay.
I appreciate that! I try to have a similar vibe in other videos in terms of delivery and writing, but these items only runs are really focused on moving forward quickly to get through it all and not linger. If you check anything else out, it might be a little slower-paced, but I hope you dig it.
As far as I am concerned tutorials do NOT count since most of them cannot ever be skipped nor allow item based combat. So if it's forced I would just omit it unless it's possible to skip it, which is not common at the start of a game later on it's hit and miss. But anyways as far as challenge runs go if it's not skippable and forced just ignore that when you're trying to do a challenge that's pretty standard thing to do.
From someone who has dabbled in ff7 speedruns this was fun to watch. One item that would help a lot especially early game is tranquils. Those plus back row I think is 1/4th the damage? Also, not sure if this works with switch or not but at the start of battles if you hold up plus confirm it will auto use the first item in your inventory which would help with grinds. Either way great video!
Hot damn, I wish I knew about that item shortcut. That might've legitimately got me ahead of a few enemies, and might even cut a few seconds off the Emerald timer... Appreciate the tips! I feel like if I amass enough of them, I may one day beat Emerald or Ruby.
I did this exact play through 9 years ago, it was a lot of fun. You do a lot more damage with items early on than you do with standard actions, but it falls off pretty quickly.
I think the only place you can get bombs is at Seaside Town before you defeat Yaridovich and by trading items in Moleville. Rock Candies are pretty rare and the Star Egg is piddly damage really late in the game. Plus your inventory only has like 20 slots. I doubt it's doable.
@@Caspicum Lol, I would agree…speaking of older ladies, I hope they have the flashbacks of Ifalna and Aerith’s dad in rebirth. I would love to see her again…maybe they find the videos, Clouds stares a bit too hard and Aerith says “CLOUD”.
Hello! Nice video. I am the only one that beated Emerald Weapon in an Only Items and initial equip challenge (and Underwater materia obv)! It was a long fight cuz she healed herself a lot of times with the aire tam storm attack (+1111 hp everytime), but it was fun!
I didn't realise how popular FF7 challenge runs were before doing this video. I scoped out if someone had done it already, and luckily they hadn't, at least on TH-cam, but there's some incredibly creative ways to play this.
At 9:00 the way to beat the mini game is to do the opposite of what you’re told and run straight down in front of the soldiers until you’re in position. Don’t worry about going around behind. Then just repeatedly tap to shoulder your rifle. The next mini game, the HP Plus for second (
Also, at 27:45, the Fort Condor mini game can be won quickly and cheaply by placing a single attacker as far down as possible and immediately marching it all the way down. Then place units that are strong against enemy units and destroy them before more spawn and you win.
ty ty! I've got a couple more I know are gonna be interesting, and possibly not doable, but it wouldn't be fun if they were beatable every time, right?
I feel like these challange runs should still count even if you have to fight in the tutorial cause you are forced to, a lot of these kinds of challange runs are like "no you can't beat a game in this way cause you have to do this thing that is mandatory" and to me the mandatory thing doesn't count
I felt like that in my Breath of Fire 3 run, where you're the dragon at the start of the game, but the FF7 and Dragoon run fell to the same kind of thing, and I just can't get past it mentally. You're right, but I'm hung up on those little bits.
Great idea for a video! This would be a good video for a FFX-2 playthrough which has an item using job, Alchemist. You can get an infinite stock of items (albeit with longer charge times) and can combine any of your personal stock of items in battle with the ‘Mix’ command for varying effects. When you get good at it it’s probably the best healing class, and can even get infinite elixir with enough experience, but srs it’s the longest skill to learn in the game. You can learn whole jobs in the time it takes to learn infinite Elixir.
I'd love to do FFX-2, but unfortunately, I'd have to source items, which means I'd need to use Steal, and that breaks my rules (for now). I also looked into Alchemist, and it seems you can't get it till Chapter 2, so I'd have to complete one entire chapter, and at that point, it's probably not even worth it. That said, Id o want to replay FFX-2 soon, I remember it being killer, so maybe this will change.
I enjoy your videos immensely, you have a lot of potential. Only thing that might hold you back on a professional level is the pg-13ness of it all, but that's part of why I enjoy it. Lmk if you want me to spread the word or gatekeep the shit out of you.
I'm not sure what PG-13ness means, but I appreciate it. You can do whatever you wish, my friend. I don't mind being gatekept. Some things must act as a filter, and I'm happy to be one of those things.
Meanwhile FF3 protagonist: my limit break is literally yeeting my entire inventory at the enemy so please don't steal my thing. Cloud: imma have a go at that now......COME HERE SEPHIROTH!!!
I actually laughed out loud from hearing you say the spiders had to be "peacefully protested" with your molotovs. I'm sure plenty of people said this but, you could use the underwater materia to stop the timer in the emerald fight and Supernova does percentage damage so there's no need to use a megaelixir before it, just after.
Wow I cant believe you slogged through that. Kudos. Safer sephiroth I think must be a translatory mistake.
Absolutely no funny business going on there, I swear :^)
You're definitely right, I didn't feel bad about using W-Item and was going to stick to my guns, but at a certain point, it felt anti-climactic. Being able to dupe Dragon Fins and 8-inch Cannons made it a bit too easy. The HP Plus thing was more because it wasn't offensive in any way, a wholly defensive materia, but W-Item legitimately defaces bosses.
I feel it would a been less anticlimactic if you only used it as intended an not for duping
@@CaspicumWhat's the logic behind Barret then? 😅
It's insane watching you guys do all these different "challenges" with games I grew up with.
I would've never played an item-only game of FF7 b/c it sounds crazy and like a massive PITA.
Stuff like this is infinitely more entertaining when nostalgia gets mixed in.
The little jokes you're throwing in there are great. Looking forward to more.
the rule to a happy life is to always make fun of things. you gotta make your own fun, you know?
Just commenting for the algo. Your dry humor is A+
I appreciate it! ty ty ty ty
It’s cool to see people doing challenge runs, or even just playing FFVII after the release of VIIRemake, it feels almost forgotten.
I didn't really like the remake, it was okay, but I'll never stop playing the original.
As a fellow Aussie, and massive ff7 nerd, I thoroughly enjoyed your commentary
There he is, there's the legend himself. Appreciate it, brother
Playing this game since its release in 1997 and thought I've seen everything... but then there's this super special enemy i've never encountered: Jenova Clitoris! Made me laugh my ass off, thanks man :D
Also: kudos to defeating the game *technically* only with items wherever it's possible - never would've thought this is doable :)
You gotta keep your eyes peeled or she'll slip away. Glad you enjoyed it, my friend!
@@Caspicum I really hope it happens, would be so fun to watch lol
@@Caspicum Well, I just finished the game with the following rules:
- no "attack" command (2x cut isnt allowed, attack-All is allowed with the Mega-All)
- no items allowed (not outside of battle either)
-Throw materia IS allowed
- no limit breaks
- any action as a result of materia is allowed (added cut, Deathblow, counterattack etc)
- No vendors allowed
- self found materia only (no store bought materia)
-Initial equip only, weapon and armor
-no accessories
-Resting at inns or healing areas is allowed.
Just so you know, you can farm an item called Dazers that inflict the Stop status, which Ruby is weak to, so you can absolutely destroy it with items only
That aside, great vid
Even with 99 Dazers, you still couldn't deal the damage required unfortunately. He's got 800,000 health and a 99 stack of S-Mines does about 1,000. With W-Item, it's doable, it'd just take at least an entire day.
@@Caspicum I don't really know how the Ruby fight works, but from the olden days I seem to remember that his defenses get considerably lower after some time somehow.
I love it how this is basically a video showing the whole game in 40mins. Currently no time to play myself so I always watch this
I like how you did this without the dupe glitch
You are a real man
Edit: Nevermind, you used it.
You are NOT a real man
Edit of the edit: Nevermind, you did… both?
You are JUST a man
Edit of the edit of the edit: You created a spreadsheet for the non-dupe finish?!
REAL man status has been reapproved
Edit of the edit of the edit of the edit: you attempted ruby & emerald even though the outcome was slim which gives this run some real authenticity
You are now an authentic REAL man.
You also named the end jenova, “Jenova Clitoris”
I am pleased
Jenova: Clitoris got me real good. Well played.
The best way to skip the first two encounters is to not play the game at all.
That was my first thought but then how would I get virtual back pats?
Then how would you beat the game with out items!?
Ha. So funny. That’s totally what he meant, you natural bred comedian.
bioshock moment
Watch your mouth
this was definitely one of the coolest ff7 videos I've ever watched and I laughed a lot. Congratulations on the achievement!
I was cracking up. Great game. FF7 is so iconic for a reason. It’s just amazing
It really is. That bike mini game will always take me back to the first time I saw it. Hell of a game.
I really enjoyed that cheers, extremely entertaining voice-over
That's amazing to hear! I try to make it audibly interesting by completely throwing my voice out, nice to see it's paid off.
It's not bad but it just sounds off a little
@@curtisgoldthorpe6656 I appreciate the feedback. Audio is one of those areas where I'm never sure if I got it right, so I'm always trying to correct it. It's a tough balancing act.
Only just discovered you and damn, your conent is right up my alley. Fun commentary, neat editing, and ff7 challenge. Hella
That's great! I hope you enjoy your stay. Some of the older stuff is very iffy in terms of quality, but I'm somewhat happy with the newer videos.
He died with a single grenade. . As cats are known to do. 😂
Poor little bastards never saw it coming.
File Fancy! All Items, File Destination
1v1 me north crater
Ill file it under fat
Excellent commentary, love your sense of humor. Instant sub!
Oh, and you can get rid of the timer on the Emerald Weapon fight by equipping the Underwater Materia!
Unfortunately, I need to use the Morph command to get that materia, otherwise Emerald would be so gone.
I DON'T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT CHRIS CHAN GOING TO SEE HIS MOTHER AAAAAAA
It's one of the funniest (saddest) arcs tho!
That "peacefully protested him" line just got you a sub.
ty ty! I try to avoid any sort of politicking but there're some jokes I can't step away from.
Chris is back home btw. Hello barbussy
(S)He's a lucky guy.
Good way to counter materia keepers cure 2 is to get a mirror item drop from the nibelheim mansion.
It casts reflect so now he heals the party :p
Legitimately seething about that, imagine how many Earth Drums it would've saved.
14:48 FF7 is my favorite game and I've played it countless times. I've literally never once encountered a Flower Prong.
Imagine what else you've missed out on!
What an awesome run, dude. And of course the Legend of Dragoon music is the icing on top.
Amazing soundtrack, and it fits perfectly into the run
All I can see is you named them Clit em and Tit em(appropriate for tifa)
Cloud-item and Tifa-item don't get the names wrong!!!
Your jokes were on fire this video, lol!
ayyyyyyyyyyyyyy tyty.
I have chuckled few times, commentary has got a great flow and very decent writing. Thanks
honestly, a few chuckles makes it all worth it. Appreciate it, my friend.
Loved the energy in this video. Gonna check out more of your stuff
Nice touch with the legend of dragoon music playing in the background. Awesome vid!
You know I had to do it to him. Dragoon has premo music.
Challange Idea: Counter Challange.
Rules.
Tents can be used at Save Points
3. No Shops
4. No W-Materia
5. No selecting From Commands During Battle.
6. No Summons (Phoenix Summon is the 1 exception)
I came up with this idea myself and have been enjoying it quite a bit
I only now noticed that Don Corneo's two pet monsters are Aps and Rapps
He had a third monster, GAPS but they cut it. Bad naming conventions given his tastes.
I'll be honest, a challenge like this never even crossed my mind as a possibility. Perhaps I'll give the idea a try the next time I'm feeling masochistic...
Definitely do it. There's probably more optimized, or even just different approaches than the ones I took.
I just can’t get over ai generated Cloud, cracks me up every time.
Me too, the weirdest shit comes out of those algorithms
DUDE! No way, I did this attempt a few weeks back, I managed to get to Safer Sephrioth before I quit because I had so much trouble beating him. Nice to know someone else had the same idea :D
Great minds, my friend!
Better than me, I used Stealing Materia just so I could obtain items to help, turns out to be a bad move since until roughly the Raid on Midgar, the game was too easy with Dragon Scales and Right Arms you could steal
Brilliant. Thanks for doing this so I can experience it in 40 minutes instead of doing the grind myself. You the man
That's what I'm here for, my friend.
Oh wow a 3rd Only Items vid? That’s how many Boktai games were on the GBA 😳
Great work, btw. This challenge is a tough one.
haha wait there's three? I thought there was only 2. i am a fake boktai fan...
@@Caspicum silly green man. What do you mean you’ve never heard of 新・ボクらの太陽 逆襲のサバタ?
oh damn jp only?
@@Caspicum There's Lunar Knights on the DS too. Despite the characters being renamed for whatever reason they're still the same ones from Boktai.
@@Caspicum Shinbok is JP only, yeah. Thankfully the translation patch also includes the solar patch, but it just means that you’ll only ever be able to play it in english via emulation.
And yeah, @Gaminggoddess85 is mostly right. Lunar Knights on the DS is just Boktai DS in Japan. Characters aren’t renamed though. It’s an entirely new cast, which might be why the game’s title was changed. Being on the DS, you lose a built in solar sensor, but you can use a Boktai 1 or 2 cart in the GBA slot to restore it
Like Sephiroths Sonichu medallion
It's just a cheap replica, don't worry too much.
31:00 I dunno how many years I went also thinking it was "with-Item" "with-Magic" "with-Laser" etc.
It's a DOUBLE-u. Double Item. Double Magic.
The realization hit me like a truck one day on a replay.
Your commentary was of such quality that I had to subscribe straight away - This is the first video of yours that I've seen!
That's kinda how I felt in the Breath of Fire 3 run. I can't even use the item command here, so nuts to this.
@@Caspicum good luck! I don’t have the patience for that one lol but would love to see the video!
a bangle might not stopping cloud´s fall to death from the airbuster explosion... but a small bed of flowers will!
I did this exact play through 9 years ago, it was a lot of fun. You do a lot more damage with items early on than you do with standard actions, but it falls off pretty quickly.
I was legit surprised how good grenades and molotovs were up until around getting the Bronco.
Jenova Clitorus made me rethink my childhood there for a min ngl well played.
I know you probably could because it's babbys first rpg but I love to see you do super Mario rpg like this.
the SNES one? Could it be done? That'd be cool.
I think the only place you can get bombs is at Seaside Town before you defeat Yaridovich and by trading items in Moleville. Rock Candies are pretty rare and the Star Egg is piddly damage really late in the game. Plus your inventory only has like 20 slots. I doubt it's doable.
Dude you write some hilarious jokes. I’m tempted to try this myself now. The item only run, not the jokes.
why not both? I guarantee you'd pen a better joke than me. Also the items-only stuff is pretty sick ngl
can't believe i haven't found your channle before, beating rpg's with only items is a fun idea!
ngl, I'm kinda obsessed
I've said it before, but it's worth repeating - you, sir, are fookin' hilarious, and absolutely based.
Bless you, Chad Thundercock
Funny vid man. I'll have to watch more of you. Loved the SpongeBob quote . Lol
LMAO, you had me after the words “Aerith’s mother”. ~Subscribed~
She a qt, even in the remake. Old ladies need love too.
Oh damn, brother, that's sick. It's certainly no easy feat. Glad to see someone else is trying this stuff as well!
@@Caspicumyeah i love to do challenges in FF games!
"Unfortunately its already dead" I dunno why but that was hilarious
Awesome video. Always Fun to see all those challenges in Final Fantasy 7😀
I didn't realise how popular FF7 challenge runs were before doing this video. I scoped out if someone had done it already, and luckily they hadn't, at least on TH-cam, but there's some incredibly creative ways to play this.
When i saw the title i thought this was stupid and completely impossible. Ok i was wrong, but it looks like i found a awesome channel.
To be fair, you were right about it being stupid, BUT it is certainly possible.
I was not expecting a Buff Correll reference in this video lmao
shit boy it looks like you're in the right place
At 9:00 the way to beat the mini game is to do the opposite of what you’re told and run straight down in front of the soldiers until you’re in position. Don’t worry about going around behind. Then just repeatedly tap to shoulder your rifle. The next mini game, the HP Plus for second (
Also, at 27:45, the Fort Condor mini game can be won quickly and cheaply by placing a single attacker as far down as possible and immediately marching it all the way down. Then place units that are strong against enemy units and destroy them before more spawn and you win.
Peacefully protested! haha, you can also use shrivel on those giant spiders to take a little sting off their hits.
I love these videos so much mate
ty ty! I've got a couple more I know are gonna be interesting, and possibly not doable, but it wouldn't be fun if they were beatable every time, right?
When you sold the Summon materia, you made my younger self monologue from the 90s scream
that's what I was hoping to achieve, so I'm glad we got there!
Lol tifa went down fast which is the dream
Dude you got some good quotes in this video
I'd be lying if I said I weren't an Italian politician.
@@Caspicum Ah, I thought Alchemist had a grenade skill, it's been a while since I played. I guess not.
Optimised number of A presses

We're getting low now. I feel like I didn't press A at all in this FF7 run!
As if you needed to torture your soul more. Cant wait to see what you do next!
I've got a few titles lined up that're gonna be immense amounts of work. Pray for my soul.
The kabbalah stuff details Seifer sephiroth (like the guy from 8) and in japanese the sound over the phone for a localisation guy would most likely be safer. Poor guys, pre google!
Genuinely impressed with your determination and fortitude. Even taking on the limey! Can't believe I got sucked into this and just had to watch til the end, screw sleeping. Cheers for making
Jenova clitoris! Glad I stayed just for that! Lol
Legit, I saw this comment and was like "Who is sticking around to the end of this garbage?" but I loaded the video and watched the whole thing myself. Feels like I hit a very specific forward motion where the video keeps going. I gotta remember that for future videos!!! Also the Seifer Sephiroth thing makes sense to me, that guy's anything but safe.
A true rags to riches story
I'm more of a rags to hags kinda guy. Scarlett is the go-to wife
Come for the niche challenge run of a beloved and popular game. Stay for the commentary, which was funny as hell and based as fuck.
ty ty. you gotta ride that line, right?
Another item only run? You’re a madman, casp.
The future will be madder, but I should do some actual videos inbetween.
