Voice 1: Vocational orientation and teacher training in Ghana

Olivia Serwaa Opare from Ghana Education Service reflects on the collaboration with Siemens Stiftung in implementing STEM education for stduents and digital training of teachers in Ghana. Our international Experimento program inculcates independent and practice-oriented experimentation, exploration and understanding of STEM subjects. In Ghana, it prepares students with vocational orientation and teachers receive advanced training with the open-source platform Arduino to develop a comprehensive knowledge of electronics and programming.
