- After beating Unicorn Overlord on Expert difficulty I thought I'd share some tips that helped me out which you could try in your own playthroughs! There are a few things that I think will help all players new and veteran to the SRPG genre, there's also a few things that the game doesn't really even tell you!

Good tips, but as a player playing in expert most if not all was already known. This probably should be for new player tips. You learn everything you said in the first few areas. I was hoping for more fine tuning info. Like different ways to build your team for each area. Good ways to evolve your team through different areas. Better ways to organize the roles for your characters moves so they activate in the right order. What classes should be switched out or item management for late game. That would be more helpful for experience players.
A tip with rotating units out. You got a dead guy on a squad. Redeploy him and change him out with anyone on your roster.
ohhh the free teleport trick was pretty slick. I never thought about that one.
If you have the time and patience start a new game run around the map to get all the resources. And run the ghost battles til you hit B rank, while selling your excessive exp tomes. Have one or 2 save data at the bottom the slot and just load them when you want to just start a new game. You wont have to worry able anything until the forest mission.
"Start of battle" is only the fastest unit in your squad. They can be very powerful so something to consider.
expert killed me just on 1st gallerius.. still at lvl 11 here. hardly touched tactics.. my bad

Shamans (druids) are not broken
All their are usefull is dehuffing, even thow there are elfs and bishops that can encounter them
And shamans aren't that good
True however not every enemy will be running a bishop or elf, what I tend to do is but my shaman with berengaria, give my shaman the staff that casts sandstorm, items to improve initiative so she goes first. the enemy party gets blinded and have Berengaria spin to win (her attack increases if she is attacking someone that has an affliction……blindness is an affliction) outside of only a few bosses you don’t see partywide debuff removal, and debuff removals that are typically AP or when they are PP they only happen after a damage has been dealt…..Berengaria spin attack will take out basically the entire front row in 1 attack as long as it’s not Werebears or legionaries
@@sootythunder3111 pretty much the exact same way I used Berengaria myself 😂
How did you manage to finish this game, it is extremely boring to me. Have deleted after 20 hrs.
