- I just moved! My secret weapon for an organized move is my Moving Binder. And yes, I have moved a lot in my life - even living in Brazil, South America when I was a child. Best moving video ever! Although I bought ready made labels on Amazon a long time ago. The box index I've never heard of before, though. I hope to do that.

I think the box index idea will work for my storage bins in the basement with the seasonal items. I do intend to move someday so this is a good system, and I've already adopted one of your approaches to decluttering: "If I were moving, would I keep this?"
Can't find the " removable Avery matte white paper" labels you're talking about. The link takes to the usual 8163 labels
How did you know which number you were on when you were using those labels?
have you been decluttering BEFORE your move?

I just ordered the Moving Binder Kit and it is not the same kit that is displayed in this video. I received a 20-page moving kit that does not have many of the pages I saw in this video's kit.
