This is hard to watch without feeling robbed of humanity for him. He looks emotionally exhausted and not well at the moment he needs to take a break focus on himself. When one is robbed of life even a week without committing a crime it can drive someone insane. When you get a chance to life back it becomes harder to slow down sometimes it takes years. Some never get it back. Mentally this man is at war. Little does he know his country along with many others have already declared war on its own people. The spire on top of the flag is a major clue.
Here’s a guy who’s had a very depressing prison life. And still mentally entrenched. Hope he can truly free himself one day

In Pepsis first podcasts and the 48 laws of power he seems so positive and happy with how life was going. In this there is undercurrent of bleakness. I find this very sad. Hope he does not get recalled again. Its clear he has the ability to do something great.

I was really moved by this interview. One of my closest friends is on an IPP at the moment. He has done 12 years so far. Thankfully he has been moved to an Open Nick now so im hoping he will be free soon.

Pepsi & Shaun , I watched this live , I can’t tell you how totally gutted to see Pepsi clearly in a extremely stressedWay, How Pepsi was talking with troubles getting his words out, is something I only experienced myself when devastated with death of my most loved one. I couldn’t understand why I spoke like that I was so worried 😦 I had snapped & would be stuck like that. I did recover but this is very simply stress,frustrations,fear, pain but worse he’s just a human who’s fight for ALL others & trauma in witnessing and living it, Very simply, he needs support!!!

@@borstalD91239 I was just trying to get him subscribers to hear his message I was subscribed to his last channel 'crime and justice tv' he had tens of thousands of subscribers and now only has just over 100 it's a shame, on his last channel (before his recall) he was tackling ipp sentences and child abuse, then he came out and had to start a his new channels. My efforts were pointless anyway as he was arrested the day after I was asking people to subscribe to him 😔 I just wanted to help him as he was on the run and trying to get his ipp treatment heard by people, not sure how TH-cam videos make money, he had a donation page to help him whilst he was on the run but doubt he got many off his subscribers as he had so little of them!

I don't think there are many innocent people in there. 100% not on ipp I like these videos but they do make people (not you) feel sorry for offenders that have done bad things it must make the criminal feel like it was all worth it when they get praised constantly online

Despite all of his suffering and harassment from the State, he speaks incredibly well. His memory is incredible. When I was in prison I couldn't remember hardly anything, I was so traumatized

I can feel Pepsi Watson's pain as he's telling his prison story.💔 Glad he's turning it around! I looked him up, as I've never heard of him before. He's really an impressive activist.👍 Edit: They need to make prison wards/guards take some kind of mandatory sensitivity training courses on how to treat inmates more humanely. Just because they work "on the other side" doesn't mean they're beyond reproach and can get away with treating inmates like animals. Granted, you have potential murderers and what not in there, but how are you even modeling "justice and safety" when you treat one human being as lower than you? These inmates are often times marginalized and innocent, until proven guilty. It's terrible, because once out, how do we know that the extra trauma these inmates potentially recieved from these guards didn't cause them into a further downward spiral and becoming more of a"menace to society"?

@@alexribeno1612 .....don't mean a guards needs to sink to the same of lower moral standards than the prisoners, it probably is hard to "like" a prisoner, if you are a warden abusing prisoners.... you are the criminal....if it were upto me ....you would hang under Nuremberg style court, for crimes against the British people. Every major political shift in human history was kicked off by people who were considered by the previous regime to be "criminals". And once a revolution happens, we always see the ones who were in power previously as being the true criminals. A person as strong as Pepsi only comes along once every few generations, I wish him strength in his political/spiritual movement, will definitely be deep-diving into his content soon.

Wasn't IPP abolished in 2012? I don't understand how this could happen again to other people if the IPP sentence is no longer law.
It doesnt apply retrospectively, so if you were sentenced to a IPP between the years of 2005 and 2012, it still applies.
Found it... Well they've gt him, that probation officer is incompetent, she's riding the rules of an abolished law, and pushing a frightened man, to mental health problems, there's no coming bk from that shit, he's up north I believe, the plod sounded like geordies... Free Pepsi now
my cousin comitted suicide last year he was an ipp prisoner with a 2 yr tarriff he did 11 came home for about 3 year until last year i can imagine the stats for ipp suicides before during and after sentance and life licences is pretty high i mean if you get caught spitting on the floor even they,d recall you ASAP

I really feel for you m8, I have got 3 m8s serving the same IPP sentence they are out now but have to live on edge all the time. I my self am on something called a section 37/41 which is the mental health version, I would have served about 3 years in prison but I am now on my 12th year of being in a secure mental health hospital, I have never been able to handle the no release date, your a really great advert to how a person can change keep the faith m8

Regarding the on licence... zoom out a bit and look at his wider experience; the guy has done his time, played along with the rules, tried to live his life then gets pulled back in by a flawed system, which he played along with and still ended up suffering. Those whose, ignorance or malevolence pulled him back into it go on unaccountable. He continues playing along even though all the signs point to bad faith on the authorities side... I can understand why he fled as dumb a decision as it was. in short, the rules perhaps need revising?
Jesus, cant beleive the suffering this person has been through. This in England not a third world country. This needs dealing with as all the suffering these people are going through who have served their time and not to mention the UK tax payer who are paying for these people to stay locked up.

Prison officers have no training in mental health. I'm very affected by this interview, but I saw it all myself in prison with mentally ill women. It's a terrible system in the UK. It's very bad

Best thing to do to stop ipp is dnt do crime its not hard. Criminal=poor me poor me..... I did this and got nicked then I did this and got recalled. How about just not doing what you did
True, but people make mistakes and nobody is perfect. The sentences are disproportionate to the crimes and cause other problems, for instance overcrowding.

At 1.11 he talks about writing. When I was in prison I said to myself they can lock up my body, but they cannot lock up my mind. I wrote loads and I got so many legal books from the library to read. Fighting against a system, any system in the UK is a road to serious State harassment

i got 7 years reduced to 4 on appeal of a crime i got arrested for days after leaving a psychiatric unit. . I was lucky as I did my time in HMP Hydebank YOC which is for young lads . . kid you not despite being a female age 50 found myself in a wing allocated to women . . only in Ireland . .

Geez, I', just watching Pepsi's 1st interview with Shaun from 2018 and hearing him describe what he experienced in the Aylesbury Youth Detention centre is just mind-blowing, absolutely horrendous and shocking! No wonder the poor bloke suffers from PTSD. But the contrast in his demeanour compared to his interview 3 days ago is very different and not for the better I'm sad to conclude. You can really tell his mental health is in decline and his PTSD taking its toll. All the more reason to hope he is freed soon and get access to the support he so obviously needs (and deserves). 🙏 Best wishes to him and his fiancé, may they be together soon. 💜

Haven't watched Part 1 as came across this and pressed Play, so thank you Pepsi for highlighting the Reality of this Corrupt Government Run Circus, absolutely disgraceful that it is allowed to go on and affectively Destroy people's Lives, yet it continues with the Control and Power held over Vulnerable Prisoners, not just them but their whole Family Circle, not forgetting the Cost on the Tax Payers Purse to continue to keep People that should be Free, Prisoners! It is not Justice and I am pretty sure that it leaves continued Suffering and Mental Drainage on all of those affected. Keep Strong Pepsi, it is clear to see that you are Mentally Drained.
