We are doing zoom dance class, zoom piano lessons and zoom acting lessons. I’ve been very impressed with the love and care these teachers have put into making a trying time as normal as possible.

What about half Hispanic and half African American? Half Caucasian and half-South Pacific Islander? Ridiculous. We’re all members of the Human Race.
Who gives a shit. We are all people, humans, why does race always come into play? Like for example "see that man over there" (a white guy) but if he is black, they say "see that black man over there". Why can't he just be a man.

i have an almost 5 year old biracial son and another on the way; i wonder too how they will identify when they’re older and have to make this sort of choice. so glad belle brought this up!

For example, when you look closely at my eyes, it looks like a few different possible colors: blue, green, and grey. But from further away, it looks blue. So I write blue for eye color. I guess a rule of thumb for anything for that type of form is how would someone who doesn’t know you describe you. (Hopefully you don’t take this as rude, as it is meant to be helpful)

Many years ago I had a dog name Wendy. I was potty training her and teaching her to go to the back door when she needed to potty. I’d take her little paws, hold them and scratch the door. Well, she figured out the door and the scratch but she failed the part where she needed to wait for me to let her out. It was hilarious!! If it seems that remote learning is a challenge for children you should see how hard the teacher works . My hat is off to all remote classes and home schooling children and parents or providers. You pretty much have a classroom full right there. God bless you all.

Yes, I do the same thing! I love the carbonation cause it helps my nauseous tummy.
