This workout really got my heart pumping! It got my circulatory system kicked up into high gear and it felt good! Plus the rhythm and the footwork make it so fun to move with the beat!!

This is the first time I have tried the exercises of this channel. I did all the movements without stopping. Usually, I do not like exercise or get tired a lot, but this time I enjoyed playing these exercises and learning the movements with you. I did not feel tired at all. It was very enjoyable and I will continue with you. Thank you 🫶🏻🩶
2 weeks ago, I bought a step just so that I could enjoy these kinds of workouts with you, Paul. This routine was invigorating, and I love how the step gave me that extra lift. Extra challenge, yes, but it boosted my motivation, because I knew I was getting more physical results in the same amount of time, thanks to the step!
Just finished this workout! LOVE LOVE!!! I have been battling sciatica this was the perfect workout for good cardio and not overwhelming intensity, Thanks Coach Paul
Wow, I just did this one, Coach Paul Eugene. Thank you for bringing me back to my roots of basic step aerobics. Would you consider doing one with very light weights, maybe 1-3 lbs? I am sweating buckets that said I am sure you would make a great advanced step, but as you say, it isn't worth it to have pain in your back. I wouldn't be able to do advanced steps with my balance and Arthritis and that is why I am so very grateful to you for bringing these basic step workouts. Not to be mean, but plenty of other trainers have advanced steps where people can go, but you are the only trainer doing basic steps.
Thanks, I have not done my step and tone workout in a long time. It is where I use 1 - 3 weights when stepping. I will give that a run next time, but the tempo will be slower because the weights.

I am thinking of doing this one tomorrow morning. Sunday is my rest day when I usually do seated yoga, but I think it will be ok since it is cardio.
