    I did this recipe today and it tasted awesome !! It was my first time doing something that "elaborated" , but everything went pretty well. Just a few notes if someone wants to do the recipe:
    -there's extra dough and cream so you can probably make 10 or more of these
    -at 6:01, make sure to properly cut the rectangle shape before putting it in the oven, because if you don't, the dough will not rise properly and will stay flat
    -the measurements for the whipping cream must be wrong because 50 g is too little. I put 100 grams to get the same amount as in the video. Unfortunately I couldn't get the right texture because I didn't mix for a long time, so make sure to mix it for a long enough time
    -I replaced the vanilla bean paste with vanilla extract and it worked perfectly fine!
    That's it, thank you so much for the recipe, it tasted very good and was fun to make :)

    보통 페스트리 반죽엔 바삭함을 주기 위해 박력분을 사용하는데, 또한 전에 만드신 퍼프 페스트리는 것은 박력분을 사용하셨던데, 강력분과 중력분을 사용하신 다른 이유가 있으신가요.

      강력분과 중력분을 사용하면 반죽이 더 쫀쫀한 느낌이라 밀고 접는 과정이 잘 되어 결이 잘 나오는 것 같아요~

    I tried this recipe and it seems that some measurements are off. For example. The recipe called for 100 gram of milk. However, when I go to measure 100 gram of milk. The amount is substantially lesser than the amount in the video.🤷‍♀️

      아무래도 바로 먹는게 식감이 살아 있어 제일 맛있는 것 같아요~
      생딸기도 올라가고 크림이 있어서 잠시 보관한다면 냉장 보관을 해야 할 것 같은데 바로 먹었을 때 처럼 파이의 식감이 살아있지는 않을 수도 있을 것 같아요~

    파이 반죽을 만들어서 바로굽기 힘들면
    냉동실에 보관했다가 해동해서 만들어도 될까요~~??

      박력분, 중력분으로도 만들 수 있지만 밀가루에 따라 반죽 질감과 식감이 달라질 수 있어요~
      1일 정도는 냉장보관했다 사용해도 괜찮은 것 같아요~
      오래 보관하실 경우엔 냉동이 좋을 것 같아요~

    안녕하세요 ! 레시피 참고해서 만들어보려고 하는데 커스터드 크림 말고 딸기잼을 넣고 싶은데 구울때 20분 정도 굽고 사각형 안에 딸기잼 넣고 2~3분 더 구울려고 하는데 괜찮을까요,,,? 그리고 혹시 밀가루는 반죽 하기전에 체 치고 하나요 ????????

      딸기잼도 따로 굽지 않고 파이만 구운 뒤 크림 대신 잼을 채우시면 될 것 같아요~
