Scoop out the inside of the pickle. Add mustard, cream cheese, ham or turkey, cheese, onion, cherry tomato salt and pepper. For white Chocolate use double the amount of creme :) and boil the creme and add it to the chocolate. It will melt the right way. No need to heat it in the pot. If you want you can whisk it up as soon as it`s cool (fridge cold!) - this will give you whipped-chocolate-fluffy-goodness and can be used as cake filling etc.

They sell lactase (the enzyme that digests lactose) in tablet form for taking with meals and powders you can mix into your foods

Also, an alternative that my mom does is not a ganache but a chocolate pudding layered between the banana pudding mixture.
I think you used 200g of cream and only 100g of chocolate. With the double amount of chocolate it should be good.

I'm usually a quiet lurker on your videos because i'm awkward but OMG the minishcap house music got me out of hiding. I always loved how you use zelda and undertale music in your videos but minishcap is so underrated and you used the song and it made me so happy! Also if you tour in the US specifically NY I will try my hardest to get to that show!
